“雷霆2019”行動——巡查澳門及路氹城區娛樂場
在警察總局統籌下，本局於2019年9月3日晚上派出42名刑事偵查員，先後前往路氹城區金光大道、新口岸區、皇朝區及新馬路區的多間娛樂場進行“雷霆2019”行動。
行動中共截查138人（130男8女），其中六人（五男一女）涉及進行非法兌換外幣活動（俗稱“換錢黨”）、兩人（一男一女）涉及從事“扒仔”活動、一名男子逾期逗留，本局將上述人士帶返警局調查及進行身份認別，隨後將之移送治安警察局出入境管制廳作適當處理。
Operation “Thunderbolt 2019” – Patrolling casinos in Macao and the Cotai district
Under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, the Judiciary Police deployed 42 criminal investigators to conduct Operation “Thunderbolt 2019” successively in a number of casinos located at the Cotai Strip, as well as the ZAPE, NAPE and Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro districts on the night of 3rd September 2019.
A total of 138 individuals (130 men and 8 women) were stopped and questioned in the operation, among which six individuals (five men and one woman) were involved in illegal currency exchange activities (commonly known as “currency exchange gangs”), two individuals (one man and one woman) were involved in “tip hustling” activities and one man was overstaying. The aforesaid individuals were brought back to the Judiciary Police for investigation and verification of identity, who were subsequently transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for proper handling.

Com a coordenação dos SPU, na noite de 3 de Setembro de 2019, 42 investigadores efectuaram rusgas no âmbito da operação “Trovoada 2019” em vários casinos no Cotai, NAPE, ZAPE e na zona da Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro.
Nesta acção, foram identificados 130 homens e 8 mulheres, dos quais 5 homens e 1 mulher foram levados às instalações da PJ para a identificação por envolvimento em câmbio ilegal (“burlões de troca de dinheiro”), 1 homem e 1 mulher por frequentarem os casinos como “pedintes” e 1 homem por permanecer em Macau com visto caducado, todos foram transferidos depois para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP.
