內地男子涉禁錮被捕
2019年8月28日，本局接獲治安警察局轉介一宗禁錮案，並將內地男事主及涉案內地男子送交本局跟進調查。經查，事主與涉案男子在新口岸區某單位因錢債糾紛發生爭執，期間事主欲離開單位，涉案男子見狀即上前推開事主，並強迫事主返回客廳坐下，不准其離開，事主隨即報警求助。本局以剝奪他人行動自由罪將涉案男子移送檢察院處理。
Mainland man arrested for involvement in detention
On 28th August 2019, the Judiciary Police received a detention case referred by the Public Security Police Force, in which the mainland male victim and the involved mainland man were also handed over to the Judiciary Police for follow-up investigation. Investigation revealed that the victim and the involved man had an argument at an apartment in the NAPE district due to money dispute, during which when the victim was about to leave the apartment, the involved man immediately went over to push the victim away and forced him to sit down in the dining room, forbidding his departure. The victim called the police for assistance thereupon. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of deprivation of other’s freedom of movement.
Homem da RPC detido por sequestro
Em 28 de Agosto de 2019, o CPSP transferiu um caso de sequestro à PJ e entregou dois homens da China continental. Realizada a investigação, apurou-se que os homens tinham tido uma disputa num apartamento do ZAPE por causa de dívidas, no momento em que um deles tentava sair da fracção, o outro empurrou-o, forçou-o a ficar na sala de estar e impediu-o de sair, por isso que o sequestrado pediu a intervenção da polícia. O homem em causa foi presente ao MP por sequestro.
