“雷霆2019”行動——巡查中區及新口岸區娛樂場
在警察總局統籌下，本局於2019年8月27日晚上派出42名刑事偵查員，到中區及新口岸區娛樂場及周邊進行“雷霆2019”行動。
行動中合共截查了163人（129男34女），當中兩男四女內地人涉及非法兌換貨幣活動（俗稱“換錢黨”），四名內地男子為活躍娛樂場人士（俗稱“扒仔”），本局將上述十人帶返警局作進一步調查及完成身份認別程序後，將之移送治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。
Operation “Thunderbolt 2019” – Patrolling casinos in the Central and NAPE districts
Under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, on the night of 27th August 2019, the Judiciary Police deployed 42 criminal investigators to carry out operation “Thunderbolt 2019” at casinos and their peripheries in the Central and NAPE districts.
163 persons (129 men and 34 women) were stopped and questioned in the operation; 2 male and 4 female mainlanders were involved in illegal currency exchange activities (commonly known as “money exchange gang”), 4 mainland men were active casino goers (commonly known as “tip-hustler”). The 10 aforementioned persons were brought back to the Judiciary Police for further investigation and were transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for handling after the identity verification procedure was completed.
Operação “Trovoada 2019” – rusgas nos casinos do Centro e da ZAPE
Em coordenação com os Serviços de Polícia Unitários, a PJ realizou, durante a noite do dia 27 de Agosto de 2019, um conjunto de rusgas no âmbito da Operação “Trovoada 2019”, tendo sido enviados 42 investigadores nos casinos do Centro e do ZAPE, bem como nas áreas circundantes.
Nesta operação, foram interceptados 163 indivíduos (129 homens e 34 mulheres) dos quais, 2 homens e 4 mulheres envolvidos na prática de câmbio ilegal (“burlões da troca de dinheiro”), e outros 4 homens que actuavam como “pedintes” nos casinos. Estes dez indivíduos, todos da China continental, foram levados para as instalações da PJ para investigação e, depois de terem sido identificados, foram encaminhados para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP.
