港男涉搶劫及強姦未遂被捕
2019年6月25日，本局接獲治安警察局移交的一宗搶劫案，高士德區某時裝店女東主獨自在店內時，一名持刀男子闖入及威嚇其交出財物，涉案男子更綑綁事主手腳企圖性侵，事主曾奪去利刀衝出門外求救，但被涉案男子拉回店內洗手間，並搶回利刀及割傷事主手部，再威脅事主不准離開，之後迅速逃逸；事主於確定涉案男子離開後報警求助，其頭部及雙手受傷，損失錢包、手機、相機及現金等共約值24,580澳門元。
本局調查期間再根據治安警察局通報資料，在同區某咖啡店檢獲一個染有血漬的紙袋，內有事主的錢包、相機及涉案男子作案利刀，並查悉涉案男子作案後到新口岸區某娛樂場賭博，其後再經港澳碼頭離澳；直至8月23日，涉案香港男子經北安碼頭再度入境，本局在治安警察局協助下將其截獲，以搶劫罪及強姦（未遂）罪移送檢察院處理。
Hong Kong man nabbed for robbery and attempted rape
The Judiciary Police received a robbery case referred by the Public Security Police Force on 25th June 2019, in which, while the female owner of a boutique at the Horta e Costa district was alone therein, a knife-wielding man broke into the boutique and threatened the owner to surrender her valuables. The involved man had even tied up the victim’s limbs in an attempt to sexually assault her, who at one point grabbed the sharp knife and rushed out of the store to shout for help, but was pulled back by the involved man to the washroom in the store. He also reseized the sharp knife and lacerated the victim’s hand, then threatened her not to leave before speedily fleeing the scene. The victim reported to the police for assistance upon confirming that the involved man had left. Her head and hands sustained injuries, while losing her wallet, mobile phone, camera and cash worth about MOP24,580 in total.
During the course of investigation, based on the information notified by the Public Security Police Force, the Judiciary Police seized a paper bag with blood stains at a cafe in the same district, which contained the wallet and camera of the victim, as well as the sharp knife of the involved man for perpetration. It was also found that he had proceeded to a casino in the NAPE district for gambling after committing the crime, and left Macao via the Hong Kong-Macao Ferry Terminal thereafter. The involved Hong Kong man re-entered Macao via the Pac On Ferry Terminal on August 23rd and was intercepted by the Judiciary Police with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force. He was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of robbery and rape (attempted).
Detido um homem da RAEHK por roubo e tentativa de violação
No dia 25 de Junho, a PJ recebeu um caso de roubo encaminhado pelo CPSP. Um homem, munido de uma faca, entrou num pronto-a-vestir, sito na zona da Horta e Costa, e ameaçou a dona que se encontrava sozinha para esta lhe entregar os valores. Depois o homem atou-lhe mãos e pés e tentou violá-la, mas a mulher conseguiu resistir e tirar a faca ao homem, chegando até à porta para pedir socorro. Contudo, foi puxada novamente para a casa de banho da loja, onde tirou-lhe novamente a faca e feriu-a nas mãos. O homem obrigou-a a ficar na casa de banho e fugiu. Uma vez que teve a certeza de estar sozinha, a vítima chamou a polícia, tinha ferimentos na cabeça e nas mãos, além disso, tinham desaparecido a carteira, o telemóvel, a máquina fotográfica e 24.580 patacas.
Durante a investigação e segundo as informações proporcionadas pelo CPSP, a PJ encontrou, num café da mesma zona, um saco de papel com vestígios de sangue, no qual estavam a carteira e a máquina fotográfica da vítima, bem como a faca alegadamente utilizada pelo suspeito. Confirmou-se ainda que depois do roubo, o suspeito foi jogar num casino do ZAPE e saiu do território pelo Terminal Marítimo do Porto Exterior. O homem acabou por ser interceptado, com a colaboração do CPSP, quando voltou a entrar no território, no dia 23 de Agosto, pelo Terminal Marítimo do Pac On e foi presente ao Ministério Público pelos crimes de roubo e violação (na forma tentada).
