內地男涉搶劫被捕
2019年6月12日，本局接獲治安警察局移交的一宗搶劫案，兩名從事非法兌換外幣的女子應一名剛認識男子之約，到金光大道某酒店房間進行交易，當兩名女事主進入房間時，除涉案的邀約男子，房內還有另外兩名男子，涉案男子將九萬港元現金交予兩事主，兩事主則按要求透過手機將等值的人民幣滙到涉案人指定的內地戶口；交易完成後，兩事主即遭房中三名男子以刺激性液體及懷疑電槍的物體襲擊，並被搶去身上合共18萬港元現金，三名涉案男子作案後馬上逃離現場，其後兩事主向酒店職員求助並報警。
本局接報後深入調查及分析，鎖定三名作案人身份，並在涉案房間內搜獲懷疑盛載刺激性液體的噴霧瓶，又查明三人犯案後已即時逃離本澳。
直至本年8月22日，本局在治安警察局協助下在關閘入境大堂截獲其中一名涉案男子，其只承認協助搶走款項，否認曾襲擊兩名女事主，又供述協助犯案是因為可免去所欠的兩萬元債項。
基於有足夠證據顯示涉案人實施搶劫、禁用武器等犯罪行為，故本局將涉案人拘留，並移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for involvement in robbery
On 12th June 2019, the Judiciary Police received a robbery case transferred by the Public Security Police Force. Two women, who engaged in illegal currency exchange, agreed to meet up with a man with whom they had just got acquainted inside a hotel room in the Cotai Strip to carry out a transaction. When the two women entered the room, apart from the involved man who made the invitation, there were two other men inside the room as well. The involved man handed HKD90,000 in cash to the two victims, whereas the two victims remitted the corresponding amount in Renminbi via mobile phone to the mainland account designated by the involved man as requested. After the transaction, the three men inside the room attacked the two victims immediately with irritating liquid and an object suspected to be a stun gun, and snatched a total of HKD180,000 in cash from them. The three involved men fled the scene immediately after committing the crime. Subsequently, the two victims requested for assistance from the hotel staff and reported the case to the police.
Upon receipt of the report, the Judiciary Police carried out in-depth investigation and analysis and identified the three perpetrators. A spray bottle suspected to be filled with the irritating liquid was seized inside the involved room. It was also found that the trio had already fled Macao instantly after perpetration of the crime.
Until 22nd August 2019, aided by the Public Security Police Force, the Judiciary Police intercepted one of the involved men at the arrival hall of the Border Gate. He only admitted to have assisted in snatching the money, but denied to have attacked the two female victims. He stated that he assisted in committing the crime because he could be exempted from paying his $20,000 of debt.
As there was sufficient evidence showing that the involved man had committed the offences of robbery and prohibited weapon, the Judiciary Police detained the involved man and transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for processing.
Homem da China continental detido por roubo
No dia 12 de Junho de 2019, a PJ recebeu um caso de roubo transferido pelo CPSP. Este caso é refere-se a duas mulheres, que praticavam actividades de câmbio ilegal e a quem, um homem que tinham acabado de conhecer, fora pedido que efectuassem uma transacção num quarto de um hotel do Cotai. Chegadas ao quarto, estavam ali outros dois homens para além do homem que as convidara, tendo este entregado às mulheres 90 mil dólares de Hong Kong em notas. Seguidamente as mesmas, por sua vez, transferiram por telemóvel os renminbis equivalentes para a conta indicada pelo homem. No momento em que foi concluída a transacção, as mulheres foram atacadas por aqueles três homens com líquido que provoca irritações e um objecto que era, supostamente, uma pistola eléctrica tendo-lhes sido roubado também um total de 180 mil de HKD. Os homens fugiram logo do local, enquanto as mulheres pediram ajuda aos funcionários do hotel e denunciaram os factos à polícia.
A nossa investigação profunda permitiu identificar os três suspeitos, bem como foi encontrado no quarto um pulverizador que continha líquido irritante. Verificou-se, ainda, que os suspeitos tinham partido de Macau depois daquela actuação.
No dia 22 de Agosto, um dos homens foi interceptado ao passar o posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco. Este apenas admitiu ter participado no roubo e negou ter agredido as vítimas, declarando, ainda, que colaborou no crime em troca da dispensa das dívidas de 20 mil patacas que tinha contraído.
Recolhidas as provas suficientes ligadas ao crime de roubo e detenção de armas proibidas, o indivíduo foi detido e logo foi presente ao MP.
