店舖前經理涉盜竊被捕
2019年8月9日，路氹城區某商場一間商店的負責人報案，稱本年七月至八月期間，存放於公司內的營運現金被盜，損失共七萬港元。本局立案展開調查，經翻看案發店舖的現場錄像，發現一名男子分別於本年七至八月期間，先後三次在該店舖關門後，開門入內盜竊存於收銀櫃的現金，經查證，涉案男子為該店已被辭退的經理，而且持有該店的門匙。本局鎖定涉案人身份後，於本年8月22日派員前往涉案人住所將其拘捕；涉案人承認是在店舖關門後利用門匙進入店內盜竊，所得款項已全數用於花費及賭博。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案人移送檢察院偵辦。
Former shop manager arrested for involvement in theft
On 9th August 2019, the shopkeeper of a shop at a mall in the Cotai district reported a case stating that from July to August this year, the operating cash stored in the company had been stolen, totalling a loss of HKD70,000. The Judiciary Police filed a case and launched an investigation. After reviewing the footage of the shop, it was discovered that during July and August, a man had opened the door and entered the shop after it was closed, and had stolen the cash stored in the cash register on three successive occasions. Subsequent investigation revealed that the involved man was a former manager who had been sacked but still kept the keys of the shop. Having identified the personal particulars of the involved man, on 22nd August 2019, the Judiciary Police sent officers to the residence of the involved man and arrested him. The involved man admitted using the keys to enter the shop to commit theft after it was closed, and all proceeds had been spent on expenditure and gambling. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detido por furto um ex-gerente de uma loja
No dia 9 de Agosto de 2019, a PJ recebeu a denúncia do responsável de uma loja de um centro comercial do Cotai, dizendo que entre Julho e Agosto deste ano, tinha sido furtado o numerário destinado ao funcionamento da companhia, causando um prejuízo de 70.000 HKD. A PJ instaurou o processo e iniciou a investigação. Após visionamento do vídeo do CCTV da loja em causa, apurou-se que, em três ocasiões no referido período, um homem tinha entrado na loja, após o seu encerramento, para furtar o dinheiro colocado numa caixa. Na investigação, verificou-se que o homem é um gerente da loja que foi despedido e tinha na sua posse uma chave do estabelecimento. Os nossos agentes identificaram o indivíduo e detiveram-no no seu apartamento no dia 22 de Agosto deste ano. O suspeito admitiu que depois do encerramento da loja, tinha entrado na loja com a chave para furtar, e que o dinheiro furtado tinha sido usado para as despesas e o jogo. O detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
