三男子涉販吸毒被拘
本局早前接獲情報指有內地男子來澳販毒，經調查及綜合分析後確定目標男子的身份。涉案男子於2019年8月12日入境，本局隨即進行跟蹤監視；涉案男子於同日中午到氹仔區某酒店與一名男子進行毒品交易，本局人員見時機成熟，即上前拘捕二人，分別在買家身上及涉案男子的住所搜獲18.17克“冰”毒、0.21克麻古、電子磅、分拆及吸食毒品工具，以及二千港元懷疑毒資，並首次發現販毒份子以偽裝書本的夾萬收藏毒品，另在單位內拘捕涉案男子的同伙。全部毒品約值六萬澳門元。
涉案男子承認受僱於內地販毒集團，本身亦有吸毒習慣。本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪將三人移送檢察院處理。
Three men apprehended for drug trafficking and consumption
Earlier on, the Judiciary Police received intelligence indicating that a mainland man would conduct drug trafficking in Macao. After investigation and consolidated analysis, the target man was identified. Upon his entry on 12th August 2019, the involved man was tailed and surveilled immediately by the Judiciary Police. At noon of the same day, the involved man conducted drug trade with a man in a hotel in Taipa. Seeing the opportune moment, the personnel of the Judiciary Police apprehended the duo promptly, seizing 18.17 grams of the drug ‘ice’, 0.21 gram of magu, electronic scale, tools used for drug distribution and consumption, as well as HKD2,000 of suspected drug fund from the buyer and the residence of the involved man respectively. In addition, for the first time, the Judiciary Police found that the drug dealers had hidden drugs inside a coffer that was disguised as a book. An accomplice of the involved man was also apprehended in the apartment. All the drugs were worth approximately MOP60,000.
The involved man admitted to have been hired by a mainland drug trafficking syndicate and he himself had the habit of drug consumption. The Judiciary Police transferred the trio to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and improper possession of utensils or equipment.

A PJ recebeu informações que indicavam haver um homem, do continente, a traficar droga em Macau. Analisado o caso, conseguimos identificá-lo. Este entrou em Macau no dia 12 de Agosto, assim o nosso pessoal iniciou a vigilância. Na mesma tarde, o suspeito encontrava-se num hotel da Taipa para realizar uma entrega a um homem, o pessoal da PJ no momento oportuno avançou e deteve os dois. Na posse do comprador e na residência do suspeito foram apreendidos 18,17 gramas de “ice”, 0,21 gramas de Magu, uma balança digital, instrumentos para dividir e consumir as substâncias e 2.000 HK$ supostamente obtidos com o tráfico de droga. Pela primeira vez o suspeito usava um livro com escondida no seu interir uma caixa de segurança onde guardava a droga, no mesmo local foi ainda detido um cúmplice. A droga apreendida valia cerca de 60.000 patacas.
O detido admitiu trabalhar para uma rede de tráfico de droga do continente e disse ter ele próprio o hábito de consumir droga. Os detidos foram presentes ao MP acusados de tráfico e consumo ilícitos de droga e detenção indevida de utensílio.
