內地男涉兩宗盜竊及濫用信用卡案被拘
本局對早前發生的多宗街頭盜竊案進行串併偵查，發現其中2019年6月的兩宗案件屬同一扒竊團伙所為，兩案事主均在氹仔乘坐巴士或於店舖消費時被人盜去錢包，並於其後發現信用卡被盜用消費，損失共約六萬澳門元。
調查發現，上述扒竊團伙由至少三人組成，他們分別負責盜竊財物及使用事主信用卡購買服裝、電子產品及金飾等，均於案發後潛逃內地。
直至8月2日，其中一名涉案男子再次入境，本局隨即進行跟蹤監視，並於8月4日涉案男子離澳時在治安警察局協助下將其截獲，又搜出兩部懷疑盜竊所得之手機，以加重盜竊罪及濫用信用卡罪將涉案男子移送檢察院處理，並繼續追緝在逃人士。
Mainland man involved in two cases of theft and abuse of credit card under arrest
Having conducted serial-parallel investigation on a number of street theft cases that occurred some time ago, the Judiciary Police found two cases of which happened in June 2019 had been perpetrated by the same pickpocketing ring. The victims of the two cases both had their wallets stolen while taking a bus ride in Taipa or making purchase at a store. They subsequently discovered that their credit cards had been misappropriated for spending, incurring a total loss of around MOP60,000.
Investigation revealed that the aforesaid pickpocketing ring was comprised of at least three individuals, who were respectively responsible for stealing valuables and using the credit cards of the victims to purchase clothes, electronic products and gold accessories, etc. All of them had absconded to mainland after the perpetration.
One of the involved men re-entered Macao on August 2nd, who was thereupon tailed and surveilled by the Judiciary Police. The involved man was intercepted upon his departure from Macao on August 4th under the assistance of the Public Security Police Force, coupled with the seizure of two suspected stolen mobile phones. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of aggravated theft and abuse of credit card, while continuing to pursue the individuals on the run.

Relativamente a vários casos de furto ocorridos na rua, a PJ combinou os casos na investigação, descobriu que dois, acontecidos em Junho de 2019, tinham sido praticados por um grupo organizado, às duas vítimas destes casos, foram-lhes furtadas carteiras na Taipa, ao apanhar o autocarro ou fazer compras numa loja, mais tarde, repararam que os seus cartões de crédito tinham sido usados, num prejuízo total de 60.000 patacas.
Na sequência da investigação, foi apurado que este grupo era composto por pelo menos três elementos que se encarregaram de furtar bens e usar os cartões de crédito furtados para comprar vestuário, produtos electrónicos, peças de ouro e outros, todos fugiram para a China continental após a prática.
No dia 2 de Agosto, um deles entrou no território, a PJ seguiu-o de imediato e vigiou-o, este acabou por ser detido com a ajuda do CPSP quando saiu do território em 4 de Agosto, foram apreendidos dois telemóveis que supostamente eram furtados. O detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado e abuso de cartão de crédito, a PJ continua à procura dos outros em fuga.
