偵破跨境毒品案 檢獲逾千萬元毒品
本局根據警務交流和情報分析，發現近期不法份子販運毒品的模式及路線有所改變，隨即調整策略，加強抽查往返本澳航班。
首次發現新型運毒模式
2019年7月23日，本局人員在由菲律賓馬尼拉飛抵本澳航班的旅客中發現一名可疑的南非籍男子，遂進行監視和截查，在其手提行李箱內發現約十件秋冬衣物，內裡的材料已經被替換，改為滲入毒品可卡因的棉花。經檢查，該批毒品共重約4.5公斤，總值約澳門幣1,200萬元，為今年至目前為止最大宗毒品案，亦是首次發現有人透過將毒品滲入秋冬衣物的方式企圖逃避偵查。
加強情報收集打擊毒品犯罪
經訊問，該男子承認在巴西取得毒品後於2019年7月11日經非洲國家埃塞俄比亞飛往菲律賓馬尼拉，再轉機到澳門，若成功將毒品運入澳門，將會再轉往香港等候販毒集團的進一步指示。
本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案人移送檢察院偵辦。本局將繼續加強區域合作和情報收集，打擊毒品犯罪。
Cross-border drug case busted, seizing over $10million worth of drugs
Based on policing exchange and intelligence analyses, the Judiciary Police discovered some changes in the modus operandi and routes of trafficking drugs by unruly elements recently, therefore strategies were adjusted forthwith, reinforcing random inspections on inbound and outbound flights in Macao.
Latest modus operandi for smuggling drugs newly discovered
On 23rd July 2019, the Judiciary Police personnel discovered a South African man, a passenger from an inbound flight from Manila, the Philippines, acting suspiciously, thus put him under surveillance and later intercepted him. Around 10 pieces of autumn/winter clothes were found inside his hand-carry luggage, with the materials of linings being replaced by cotton infiltrated with the drug cocaine. Investigation revealed that the total weight of this lot of drugs was approximately 4.5kg, with a total worth of around MOP12 million. This is yet the largest drug case in this year, and is also the first time to find out that someone attempted to evade from being investigated by infiltrating drugs into autumn/winter clothes.
Reinforcement in collecting intelligence so as to combat narcotic crimes
After interrogation, the man confessed that he had obtained the drugs in Brazil. On 11th July 2019, he flew to Manila, the Philippines via Ethiopia, an African country, and then flew to Macao. If succeeded in smuggling the drugs to Macao, he would go to Hong Kong and wait for further instructions from the drug trafficking syndicate.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved person to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to strengthen regional cooperation and intelligence collection, in order to combat narcotic crimes.

Segundo informações recebidas e análise efectuadas, a PJ verificou que, recentemente, houve mudanças no modo e nas linhas do tráfico de droga, pelo que ajustou imediatamente as estratégias de combate, reforçando os controlos dos voos no Aeroporto Internacional de Macau.
Detectado um novo modo de tráfico de estupefacientes
No dia 23 de Julho de 2019, os nossos agentes notaram que, entre os turistas que vinham de um voo de Manila, havia um homem sul-africano com comportamento suspeito, o qual foi vigiado e depois interceptado. Na sua bagagem, descobriram-se 10 peças de vestuário invernal, cujos materiais interiores foram substituídos por algodão embebido em cocaína. Após exame, verificou-se que a droga apreendida tinha um peso aproximado de 4,5 quilos, com valor estimado em 12 milhões de patacas. Para além de ser o maior caso de tráfico descoberto este ano, é ainda o primeiro caso em que peças de vestuário impregnadas de droga são utilizadas como meio de contornar os controles.
Reforçar a recolha de informações para combater os crimes de droga
Após interrogatório, o homem confessou que depois de levantar a droga no Brasil, passou, no dia 11 de Julho de 2019, de Etiópia (África) para Manila (Filipinas), onde apanhou outro voo para Macau. Entretanto, se conseguisse entrar em Macau com sucesso, a droga iria ser transportada para Hong Kong, onde aguardaria novas indicações da rede criminosa.
O homem foi presente ao MP por tráfico de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas. A PJ vai continuar a intensificar a cooperação e a troca de informações a nível regional para combater a criminalidade ligada à droga.
