連破兩宗搶劫案 共拘四名內地男女

2019年7月20日，本局連破兩宗搶劫案，共拘四名內地男女。

首宗案件發生於7月18日，治安警察局向本局轉介一宗搶劫案，涉案內地男子以出售酒店房為名，誘騙內地女事主前往新口岸區某酒店房間，再伙同另一名男子搶去女事主手袋內三萬港元現金後逃遁。本局調查後鎖定一名內地男子，並於7月20日涉案男子經蓮花口岸離境時在治安警察局協助下將其截獲；涉案男子承認犯案，本局根據調查所得以搶劫罪將其移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝在逃人士。

另一宗案件發生於7月19日，一名內地女“換錢黨”於當日深夜應一名女客人要求前往皇朝區某酒店房間兌換港元，當其進房後被該名女子及兩名男子制服，三人搶去女事主15萬港元現金及將手機掉到馬桶後逃去，女事主其後透過酒店職員向治安警察局求助，治安警察局將案件轉交本局跟進。本局查悉三名涉案人作案後乘的士前往路氹城區某娛樂場酒店，隨即部署跟進行動，並於翌日凌晨在同區另一娛樂場將三人拘捕，以搶劫罪將之移送檢察院偵辦。

Two robbery cases cracked consecutively, apprehending 4 mainlanders

On 20th July 2019, the Judiciary Police cracked two cases of robbery consecutively, with a total of four mainlanders apprehended.

The first case took place on July 18th, a robbery case was referred to the Judiciary Police by the Public Security Police Force.  Having lured the mainland female victim to a hotel room in the ZAPE district on the pretext of selling hotel rooms, the involved mainland man snatched HKD30,000 of cash in the female victim’s handbag with another man and fled.   After investigation, a mainland man was identified, who was intercepted during his departure via the Lotus Border with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force on July 20th.  The involved man admitted the perpetration and was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery based on the investigation results.  The Judiciary Police will continue to pursue the individuals at large.

Another case took place on July 19th, a mainland female ‘currency exchange gang’ member went to a hotel room in the NAPE district per a female client’s request for the exchange of Hong Kong dollars late at night that day.  After entering the room, she was subdued by the woman and two men, who snatched HKD150,000 of cash from the female victim and fled after throwing her mobile phone into the toilet.  Later, the female victim sought help from the Public Security Police Force via the hotel staff.  The case was then referred to the Judiciary Police for follow-up.  Investigation revealed that the involved trio went to a casino hotel in the Cotai district by taxi after the perpetration.  The Judiciary Police disposed follow-up operation immediately, with the trio apprehended in another casino in the same district in the wee hours of the following day and were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery.

Resolvidos dois casos de roubo e detidos quatro indivíduos do continente

Em 20 de Julho de 2019, a PJ resolveu dois casos de roubos e deteve quatro indivíduos da China continental. O primeiro caso ocorreu em 18 de Julho e foi transferido pelo CPSP à PJ. O suspeito, com o pretexto de vender estadias em hotéis, induziu uma mulher, também da China continental, a deslocar-se ao quarto de um hotel situado no ZAPE, onde roubou, em conjunto com um outro homem, 30 mil patacas que estavam na mala da vítima e fugiram. Após investigação, a PJ identificou um homem da China continental que acabou por ser interceptado, com a colaboração do CPSP, quando ia sair do território pelo posto fronteiriço da Ponte Flor de Lótus no dia 20 de Julho. O homem confessou o crime e foi presente ao MP por roubo. A PJ continua à procura do outro suspeito em fuga.

O segundo caso ocorreu no dia 19 de Julho, uma mulher da China continental, deslocou-se, a pedido de uma cliente, ao quarto de um hotel situado na NAPE, para cambiar dólares de Hong Kong. Quando chegou, foi retida pela cliente e dois homens, que para além de lhe roubar 150 mil HKD$ em dinheiro, atiraram o seu telemóvel para a sanita e fugiram. A vítima pediu aos funcionários do hotel para chamar o CPSP, que transferiu o caso para a PJ. Na investigação verificou-se que os três suspeitos apanharam um táxi para um casino do COTAI. A PJ definiu, imediatamente, um plano de actuação e, na madrugada seguinte, deteve os três suspeitos num outro casino da mesma zona, os quais foram presentes ao MP pelo crime de roubo.
