兩名本澳男女售賣受管制植物被捕
2019年7月19日,本局接報中區某花店透過社交軟件售賣整株植物罌粟花,隨即派員到場調查,共檢獲50株罌粟花,經本局刑事技術廳檢驗證實有關植物含有嗎啡、可待因及蒂巴因等受管制物質。花店男店長及女負責人均知悉有關植物為罌粟花,聲稱以網購方式將之運到本澳,但不清楚該植物受本澳法律管制。本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將兩人移交檢察院處理。
A local man and woman nabbed for selling controlled plants
Having received a report on 19th July 2019 that a florist’s in the Central district had been selling the entire papaver somniferum plants through social networking apps, the Judiciary Police immediately deployed personnel to the scene for investigation and seized a total of 50 papaver somniferum plants. Examination by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police confirmed that the related plants contained controlled substances including morphine, codeine and thebaine. The male shop manager and the female person-in-charge of the florist’s were both aware of the involved plants being papaver somniferum, which were purportedly transported to Macao by way of online purchase, without ascertaining that the plants were regulated by the Macao law. The Judiciary Police transferred the two individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.

Em 19 de Julho de 2019, a PJ recebeu informações dizendo que uma loja de flores, sita na Zona Central, estava a vender papoilas inteiras através de programas de comunicação social, enviou assim agentes para o local onde foram encontradas 50 papoilas, nas quais foram detectadas, no exame realizado pelo Departamento de Ciências Forenses, substâncias sujeitas a controlo como a morfina, a codeína e a tebaína. O homem e a mulher, que eram gerente e responsável da loja, respectivamente, tiveram notícia de que essas plantas eram papoilas e alegaram ter as encomendado online, mas não sabiam que as mesmas são controlada pela lei de Macau. Os dois indivíduos foram presentes ao MP por tráfico de estupefacientes.
