內地男子涉入屋盜竊被捕
2019年7月16日，本局接報嚤囉園某住宅單位發生入屋盜竊案，戶主報稱損失3,000港元。本局調查後確定一名內地男子涉案，其以攀爬方式由大廈平台進入單位作案，將盜竊所得贓款輸清後匿藏於新口岸區某大廈單位，本局遂作出相應部署，並於翌日凌晨在上述大廈將其拘捕；涉案男子承認因賭敗而犯案，本局以加重盜竊罪將其移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for involvement in burglary
On 16th July 2019, the Judiciary Police received a report that a burglary occurred at a residential unit at Ramal dos Mouros. The householder reported to have suffered a loss of HKD3,000. After investigation, the Judiciary Police confirmed that one mainland man was involved in the case. He climbed from the terrace of the building and broke into the apartment to commit crime. After gambling away the illicit proceeds from the burglary, he hid inside a building unit in the NAPE area. The Judiciary Police carried out relevant deployment forthwith, and arrested him in the wee hours of the following day at the aforesaid building. The involved man confessed to have committed the crime due to his loss in gambling. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Homem da China continental detido por furto em residência
Em 16 de Julho de 2019, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia sobre um furto ocorrido num apartamento no Ramal dos Mouros, cujo proprietário declarou um prejuízo de 3.000 HKD. A nossa investigação permitiu identificar um homem da China continental, o qual subiu do terraço à fracção em causa, mais tarde, perdeu todo o dinheiro furtado no casino e escondia-se num apartamento no ZAPE. A PJ, com preparação, conseguiu na madrugada seguinte deter o homem, o qual admitiu o furto por ter perdido dinheiro no jogo, este foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
