澳珠警方聯手瓦解協助偷渡集團 共拘五人
本局早前接獲情報，指有跨境偷渡犯罪集團利用機動舢舨船接載偷渡客往返進出珠澳兩地，經深入調查後鎖定兩名涉案本澳男女，並查悉該犯罪集團會於2019年7月15日作案，遂通報珠海市公安局進行聯合部署。
案發當晚，本局人員在內港一帶截獲負責把風的目標男子和一名非法入境者，並在北舢舨碼頭附近截獲負責駕駛舢舨船的目標女子，隨即透過“打擊偷渡集團專項工作小組”通報澳門海關要求協助，搜索及扣押涉案舢舨船；同時，珠海巿公安局於內地採取行動，成功拘捕包括集團主腦在內的兩名內地男子。
據查，該犯罪集團運作一個多月，向每名偷渡者收取約1.2萬人民幣費用。本局以犯罪集團、協助、收留及非法再入境等四罪將三名在本澳被捕的人士移送檢察院偵辦。
Macao and Zhuhai police jointly busted syndicate assisting illegal immigration, with 5 persons apprehended
The Judiciary Police received intelligence earlier, indicating that a cross-border smuggling criminal syndicate transported illegal immigrants between Zhuhai and Macao with motorized sampan. After in-depth investigation, a man and a woman from Macao were identified, and it was learned that the criminal syndicate would perpetrate on 15th July 2019, thus the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau was informed for conducting joint deployment.
On the night of the incident, having intercepted the target man responsible for keeping watch and an illegal immigrant along the inner harbour, and having intercepted the target woman responsible for driving the sampan near the Ponte Cais De Sampanas Norte, the personnel of the Judiciary Police swiftly reported it to the Macao Customs Service via the “Special Working Group for Combating Smuggling Syndicate” for assistance to search and detain the involved sampan. At the same time, the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau took action in the Mainland, successfully apprehending two mainland men, including the syndicate mastermind.
Investigation revealed that the criminal syndicate had been operating for more than one month, charging each illegal immigrant a fee of approximately RMB12,000. The Judiciary Police transferred the three individuals apprehended in Macao to the Public Prosecutions Office for the 4 offences of criminal syndicate, assisting, sheltering and illegal re-entry.
Desmantelada uma rede criminosa de auxílio à imigração ilegal em colaboração com a polícia de Zhuhai e detidos 5 indivíduos
A Polícia Judiciária recebeu informações sobre uma rede criminosa transfronteiriça de imigração ilegal que estaria a usar sampanas motorizadas para transportar ilegalmente indivíduos de Macau a Zhuhai e viceversa. Na investigação conseguiu-se identificar um casal de Macau, apurou-se ainda que a referida rede criminosa iria operar no dia 15 de Julho, assim informou-se logo à Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai.
Na noite da ocorrência, foram detidos um indivíduo encarregado de controlar um imigrante ilegal na zona do Porto Interior, bem como uma mulher encarregada de conduzir a sampana perto do Cais de Sampanas Norte, entrou-se imediatamente em contacto com os Serviços de Alfândegas através do “Grupo de Trabalho Operacional Especializado para Combate às Redes de Entrada Ilegal” para pedir colaboração, na revista e apreensão da sampana em causa. Ao mesmo tempo, a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai procedeu também a operações do outro lado do canal e conseguiu deter dois homens da China continental, sendo um deles cabecilha da rede.
Na investigação, soube-se que a rede criminosaestava a trabalhar há mais de um mês e cobrava uma taxa de cerca de 12 mil renminbis por cada imigrante clandestino. Os três suspeitos, detidos em Macau, foram acusados de organização criminosa, auxílio, acolhimento e reentrada ilegal e foram presentes ao MP.
