兩內地男子涉搶劫被捕
本局於2019年7月14日凌晨接獲治安警察局轉介的一宗搶劫案，一名從事非法兌換貨幣活動的內地男子於7月13日晚上應一名內地男子要求到路氹城區某酒店房間進行交易，當其抵達後，房內三名男子先以刺激性液體射其雙眼，再綑綁其手腳及蒙眼，繼而搶去其身上110,300港元現金和強迫他以手機轉帳40,000人民幣。隨後，其中兩名涉案男子前往賭博，事主趁機自行鬆綁，但被負責看守的涉案男子發現而被毆至倒地；兩名涉案男子聞訊回房綑綁事主後逃離現場。事主報稱損失現金、存款及手機等約值167,000澳門元的財物。
本局人員到場調查，檢獲99,000港元現金及作案工具，又查悉其中一名作案人事後已逃離本澳，其餘兩人則藏身氹仔某住宅單位；經部署後旋於7月14日晚上將兩人拘捕，並揭發兩人均為非法入境者，其中一人更涉及2019年5月7日另一宗同類案件，涉案金額約153,000澳門元。本局對被捕二人控以搶劫罪，並按非法入境者實施的犯罪所構成的加重情節將之移送檢察院偵辦，同時追緝在逃人士。
Two mainland men arrested for robbery
In the wee hours of 14th July 2019, the Judiciary Police received a robbery case referred by the Public Security Police Force. On the night of July 13th, a mainland man, engaged in illegal currency exchange activities, was requested by another mainland man to conduct transaction in a hotel guest room located at the Cotai district. Upon arrival, 3 men inside the room first used irritating fluids to spray the victim’s eyes, then tied up his limbs, blindfolded him, and subsequently snatched his HKD110,300 of cash, as well as forcing him to transfer RMB40,000 via a mobile phone. Afterward, two of the involved men went gambling. Taking this opportunity, the victim untied himself but was discovered by the involved man responsible for keeping watch, and was then assaulted till he fell to the ground. Being notified, the two involved men returned to the room to tie the victim up before fleeing the scene. The victim reported loss of properties of around MOP167,000, including cash, bank deposits and a mobile phone.
The Judiciary Police personnel arrived at the scene for investigation, seizing HKD99,000 of cash and perpetration tools. It was also revealed that one of the perpetrators had fled Macao after the incident, while the remaining two men were hiding in a residence in Taipa. Deployment was made and the duo was swiftly arrested on the night of July 14th. The duo was found to be illegal immigrants, with one of them being involved in another case of similar nature which occurred on 7th May 2019, involving around MOP153,000. The Judiciary Police transferred the two arrested persons to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of robbery, plus aggravated circumstances of the crime committed by illegal immigrants, while continuing to pursue the persons at large.

Na madrugada de 14 de Julho de 2019, a PJ recebeu um caso de roubo transferido pelo CPSP, constando que, na noite de 13 de Julho, um homem da China continental que praticava actividades ilegais de troca de dinheiro foi requisitado por outro homem, também do continente, para efectuar uma transacção num quarto de um hotel do Cotai, quando lá chegou, três homens atiraram-lhe um líquido irritante nos olhos, cobriram-nos e ataram as mãos e os pés, roubaram-lhe 110.300 HKD em numerário e forçaram-no a efectuar por telemóvel uma transferência de 40.000 RMB. Mais tarde, dois dos suspeitos foram ao casino, a vítima conseguiu libertar-se mas isso foi descoberto pelo outro cúmplice encarregado de vigiar, foi agredido até cair ao chão. Os outros dois foram informados, voltaram para o quarto, ataram-no de novo e fugiram do local. A vítima declarou ter sofrido um prejuízo de, aproximadamente, 167.000 patacas em dinheiro, depósito, telemóvel etc.
Os nossos agentes encontraram no local 99.000 HKD e alguns utensílios, apurando também que um dos homens já tinha saído de Macau e os outros dois estavam a esconder-se num apartamento na Taipa. Após planeamento, iniciaram a acção que resultou na detenção dos dois suspeitos, os quais eram imigrantes ilegais e um deles estava envolvido num outro caso semelhante, ocorrido a 7 de Maio de 2019, com o valor de cerca de 153.000 patacas. Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP por roubo, com circunstância agravante constituída pelo facto de crime cometido por imigrante ilegal, enquanto que o cúmplice em fuga está a ser procurado.
