破郵包運毒案 拘五名外籍男女
2019年7月10日，本局接獲情報指一個懷疑毒品郵包以快遞方式從香港寄來本澳，經調查後鎖定收件的涉案菲律賓籍女子，並進行監控。7月12日下午，涉案女子前往郵政局領取該郵包並準備乘坐的士離開，本局人員上前將其截停並帶返警局調查。經對該郵包進行檢驗，證實藏有63克氯胺酮，約值六萬多澳門元。
涉案女子訛稱協助他人代領郵包，否認從事販毒活動。本局人員隨後到涉案女子的住所進行調查，在屋內發現五男兩女坦桑尼亞籍人士，經安排上述人士進行尿液檢測，證實其中四名男子對毒品呈陽性反應。
本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將上述菲律賓籍女子及四名坦桑尼亞籍男子移送檢察院偵辦，並追查毒品來源及其他涉案人士的下落。
Drug parcel case cracked with 5 foreigners arrested
On 10th July 2019, the Judiciary Police received a tip-off indicating that a suspected drug parcel was delivered by express courier from Hong Kong to Macao. After investigation, the involved Filipina who was to receive the parcel was identified and surveillance was conducted. On the afternoon of July 12th, the involved woman proceeded to the Macao Post to get the parcel. When she was about to take a taxi to leave, personnel of the Judiciary Police went over to intercept her and took her to the police station. After examining the parcel, it was confirmed that 63 grams of ketamine, valued at over MOP60,000, was found hidden inside the parcel.
The involved woman falsely claimed that she received the parcel on someone’s behalf and denied engaging in drug trafficking. Subsequently, personnel of the Judiciary Police carried out an investigation at the residence of the involved woman. 5 male and 2 female Tanzanians were found inside the apartment. After carrying out urine tests on the aforesaid individuals, it was confirmed that 4 of the men tested positive to drugs.
The Judiciary Police transferred the aforesaid Filipina and four Tanzanian men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances respectively, while pursuing the source of the drugs and the whereabouts of the other involved individuals.
Resolvido um caso de tráfico de droga por encomenda postal e detidos 5 estrangeiros
Em 10 de Julho de 2019, a Polícia Judiciária recebeu informações, indicando que uma encomenda suspeita de conter droga teria sido enviada, por correio expresso, de Hong Kong a Macau. Na investigação, conseguiu-se identificar a destinatária de nacionalidade filipina, e efectuou-se uma vigilância. Na tarde de 12 de Julho, a suspeita dirigiu-se à Direcção dos Serviços de Correios para levantar aquela encomenda, e quando estava preste a sair de táxi, foi detida e levada às instalações da PJ. Na encomenda, foram encontrados 63 gramas de quetamina, no valor de cerca de 60.000 patacas.
A suspeita negou o tráfico de estupefacientes, justificando-se que ajudava outra pessoa a levantar a encomenda. Os nossos agentes foram à sua residência para investigar, onde foram encontrados 5 homens e 2 mulheres, todos de nacionalidade tanzaniana. Todos foram submetidos aos testes à urina, tendo sido confirmado que 4 dos homens apresentavam reacção positiva à droga.
Todos os detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público por tráfico e consumo ilícito de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas. A PJ continua à procura da proveniência da droga e do paradeiro de eventuais cúmplices.
