再破販毒案 拘一香港男子
本局早前接獲情報，香港某販毒集團指派一名香港男子偷運毒品來澳並轉交同黨，目的是售予活躍夜場人士。
本局經深入調查後確定涉案香港男子的樣貌特徵，並於2019年7月11日凌晨在外港碼頭將其截獲，並在其身上搜獲63.93克可卡因，約值19萬澳門元，以及700港元懷疑毒資。涉案男子承認因在港欠債而犯案，事成後可獲6,000港元報酬。另外，本局依法對涉案男子進行毒品尿液檢驗，結果呈陽性反應。
本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案男子移交檢察院處理，並繼續追查毒品來源及追捕其他涉案人士。
Another drug trafficking case cracked with one Hong Kong man arrested
The Judiciary Police received a tip-off earlier, indicating that a drug syndicate in Hong Kong had instructed a Hong Kong man to smuggle drugs into Macao. The drugs would then be handed to an accomplice with the aim to sell them to active nightclub goers.
After in-depth investigation, the involved Hong Kong man’s facial features were confirmed by the Judiciary Police. In the wee hours of 11th July 2019, he was intercepted at the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. 63.93 grams of cocaine valued at approximately MOP190,000 and HKD700 of suspected drug fund were seized from him. The involved man admitted that he committed the crime owing to his debts in Hong Kong. He would receive a remuneration of HKD6,000 after the perpetration. In addition, a urine drug test conducted on the involved man in accordance with the law yielded a positive result.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to trace the source of the drugs and pursue other involved individuals.
Resolvido mais um caso de tráfico de estupefacientes e detido um homem de Hong Kong
A Polícia Judiciária recebeu informações, dizendo que uma rede de tráfico de estupefacientes da região vizinha teria mandado um homem também de Hong Kong a transportar droga para Macau e depois entregá-la a um cúmplice para vender aos frequentadores de estabelecimentos nocturnos.
Na investigação, conseguiu-se identificar o homem, que foi detido na madrugada de 11 de Julho de 2019 no Terminal Marítimo do Porto Exterior, tendo sido apreendidos na sua posse 63,93 gramas de cocaína, no valor de cerca de 190.000 patacas, e 700 HK$ que se suspeita tratar-se de dinheiro envolvido no tráfico. O detido admitiu ter praticado o crime devido às dívidas e disse que receberia 6.000 HK$ como recompensa. Além disso, o detido foi submetido, nos termos da lei, aos testes a urina, cujo resultado foi positivo.
O detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por tráfico e consumo ilícitos de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas. A PJ continua à procura da proveniência da droga e de eventuais cúmplices.
