澳珠警方聯手瓦解協助偷渡集團 共拘八人
本局與珠海巿公安局對一個協助偷渡犯罪集團展開聯合偵查，查悉該犯罪集團會於2019年7月10日作案，隨即進行聯合部署。
當日凌晨，犯罪集團負責接應的成員於友誼大橋引橋附近協助一男一女非法入境者登岸，本局隨即透過“反偷渡工作聯防機制”通報澳門海關要求協助，最終雙方聯手將三人拘捕；同時，珠海巿公安局於內地採取行動，先後拘捕包括集團主腦在內的四名內地男子和一名香港集團成員，並查獲偷渡船隻。
據查，該犯罪集團運作超過兩年，向每名偷渡者收取1.1萬至2.8萬人民幣不等之費用，是次拘捕的非法入境者採取電子支付方式進行轉帳。本局以犯罪集團罪和協助（非法入境）罪將協助他人偷渡的涉案男子，連同一男一女偷渡人士一併移送檢察院偵辦。
Macao and Zhuhai Police jointly dismantled a syndicate assisting in illegal immigration, arresting 8 persons
The Judiciary Police and the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau launched a joint investigation against a criminal syndicate assisting in illegal immigration, and found out that the syndicate would commit a crime on 10th July 2019, thus conducting a joint deployment immediately.
In the wee hours of that day, the syndicate member who was responsible for the coordination assisted a male and a female illegal immigrant get ashore near the approach bridge of Ponte da Amizade. The Judiciary Police immediately requested the Macao Customs Service for assistance via the “Joint Prevention Mechanism for Anti-illegal Immigration” and jointly arrested the three persons subsequently. Meanwhile, the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau launched an operation in the mainland, arresting four mainland men (including the mastermind) and a Hong Kong syndicate member successively. The vessel used for illegal immigration was also seized.
Investigation revealed that the criminal syndicate had been operating for over two years, charging each illegal immigrant a fee ranging from RMB11,000 to RMB28,000. The illegal immigrants arrested on this occasion transferred the money via electronic payment method. Alongside the one male and one female illegal immigrants, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man who assisted in illegal immigration to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of criminal syndicate and assisting (illegal immigration).
Desmantelada uma rede de auxílio à imigração ilegal em cooperação com a polícia de Zhuhai e detidas oito pessoas
Na investigação, em colaboração com a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai, sobre uma rede criminosa de auxílio à imigração ilegal, a PJ apurou que alguns elementos desta rede iria actuar no dia 10 de Julho de 2019, os nossos agentes prepararam assim uma acção conjunta.
Naquela madrugada, um homem do grupo estava a ajudar um homem e uma mulher, imigrantes ilegais, a desembarcar nas proximidades do viaduto de acesso à Ponte da Amizade. Assim a PJ solicitou a colaboração dos Serviços de Alfândega para a detenção mediante o “mecanismo de prevenção conjunto sobre combate à imigração ilegal”, acabaram por ser detidos três homens. Ao mesmo tempo, a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai iniciou uma operação que culminou na detenção de quatro homens da China continental, neles se inclui o cabecilha, e um elemento de Hong Kong, foi também apreendido o barco usado.
Constatou-se que aquela rede já estava em funcionamento há mais de 2 anos, recebia entre 11 mil a 28 mil RMB por cada imigrante, desta vez, os imigrantes detidos transferiram o dinheiro por meio de pagamento electrónico. O homem, acusado de associação criminosa e auxílio à imigração ilegal, e os imigrantes ilegais foram presentes ao MP.
