偵破犯罪集團、行使偽證及僱用案 拘15人
本局於2019年7月9日接獲舉報，指有多名內地居民持偽造澳門居民身份證在路氹城區某大型建築地盤工作，隨即派員到場調查，期間在地盤辦公室內檢獲33張偽造澳門居民身份證，並查悉地盤的二判和三判公司有人員合謀在內地招攬不具備合法受僱條件的工人來澳，發給他們偽造澳門居民身份證、查核智能身份證的虛假記錄和建築業職安卡，並安排他們在地盤工作，從中牟取利益。此外，總承判商一名人員還利用職務之便誤導警方的偵查工作。
本局經深入調查後，先後拘捕上述公司的五名涉案員工，以及查獲10名使用偽證工作之人士，分別以犯罪集團、偽造具特別價值之文件、僱用、袒護他人等四罪將15名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追捕其他涉案人士。
Criminal syndicate, uttering and hiring case cracked, with 15 persons under arrest
The Judiciary Police received a complaint on 9th July 2019, claiming that several mainland residents, in possession of forged Macao Resident Identity Cards, were working at a large-scale construction site located at the Cotai district. Officers were dispatched to the scene for investigation at once, with 33 forged Macao Resident Identity Cards seized inside the office at the construction site. Investigation revealed that some personnel from the sub-contractor and the sub-sub-contractor of the construction site had conspired to recruit workers, without lawfully employable conditions, from the mainland to Macao. They issued forged Macao Resident Identity Cards, falsified records of the verification of the smart IDs and construction sector occupational safety cards to these workers, arranging them to work at the construction site, so as to profiteer from these acts. In addition, an employee from the general contractor had taken advantage of his job to mislead the investigation of the Police.
After the in-depth investigation of the Judiciary Police, 5 involved employees of the abovementioned companies were arrested successively, and 10 other workers exercising the forged documents were also intercepted. The Judiciary Police transferred the 15 involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office with four charges including criminal syndicate, forgery of documents of special value, hiring and personal favouritism respectively, while continuing to pursue the other involved persons.

No dia 9 de Julho, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia indicando que vários indivíduos da China continental, portadores de bilhetes de identidade de residente da RAEM falsos, estavam a trabalhar num estaleiro de obras de construção na zona do Cotai. Os nossos agentes deslocaram-se imediatamente ao local e encontraram no escritório do estaleiro 33 BIR falsos. Além disso, verificaram que a subempreiteira e a sub-subempreiteira teriam angariado, na China continental, trabalhadores de construção que não preenchiam os requisitos de autorização de trabalho em Macau, aos quais eram distribuídos falsificações de BIR, de registos de verificação da autenticidade do BIR do tipo de "Cartão Inteligente” e de Cartões de Segurança Ocupacional para o Sector da Construção. Posteriormente, estas empresas arranjavam-lhes emprego nos estaleiros e aproveitavam desta prática para lucrar. A par disso, um trabalhador da empreiteira principal terà usado as suas funções para desviar a investigação da polícia.
Feitas as averiguações, foram detidos 15 indivíduos, nomeadamente 5 funcionários das empresas supracitadas e 10 trabalhadores com documentos de identificação falsos, os quais foram presentes ao MP por associação criminosa, falsificação de documento de especial valor, emprego ilegal e favorecimento pessoal. A PJ continua à procura de outros indivíduos envolvidos.
