內地男子涉強姦被捕
2019年7月3日，本局接獲治安警察局通報一宗強姦案，並將案中女事主及涉案男子轉交本局跟進調查。
案情顯示，內地女事主於當日凌晨在南灣區某酒店娛樂場賭博時認識涉案內地男子，涉案男子得知事主當晚沒有租住酒店，遂邀請事主到其租住房間休息。涉案男子在房內向事主示愛被拒後，突然將事主推倒床上強姦。根據法醫意見，事主雙上肢出現被手抓傷後的瘀斑，該損傷對事主的身體完整性造成普通傷害。
本局以強姦罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man apprehended for involvement in rape
On 3rd July 2019, a case of rape was reported to the Judiciary Police by the Public Security Police Force, in which the female victim and the involved man were transferred to the Judiciary Police for follow-up investigation.
Case details revealed that while gambling in the casino of a hotel in the Praia Grande district on the early morning of that day, the mainland female victim got acquainted with the involved mainland man, who learned that the victim did not rent a hotel room that night and thus invited her to rest in the hotel room he rented. Having made advances to the victim but got rejected in the room, the involved man suddenly pushed her to the bed and raped her. According to the forensic officer’s opinion, ecchymosis caused by scratches with hands appeared on the victim’s upper limbs, which led to common assault causing harm to the victim’s bodily integrity.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of rape.

Em 3 de Julho de 2019, o CPSP comunicou um caso de violação à PJ e transferiu para as suas instalações uma mulher e um homem.
Conforme consta nos autos, a mulher, da China continental, naquela madrugada, conheceu o homem também do continente na altura em que estava a jogar num casino da Praia Grande. Esse homem, quando ficou ciente de que a mulher não tinha alugado nenhum quarto no hotel, convidou-a para descansar no quarto dele onde lhe confessou que se tinha apaixonado por ela, ela recusou-se a aceitar o amor e, de repente, foi empurrada para a cama e foi violada. De acordo com o parecer do médico legista, havia nódoas negras nos braços da vítima, traumas provocados pelo agressor, que como consequência se concretizam em ofensas simples à integridade física.
O homem foi presente ao MP por violação.
