三名香港男女涉販吸毒落網
本局早前接獲情報指有香港販毒集團指派兩名青少年到本澳新口岸區一帶向活躍夜場人士出售毒品，經調查後掌握該二人身份，並派員監視。
2019年6月5日深夜，本局人員在皇朝區某酒店外將兩人截獲，在其租住酒店房間搜獲電子磅、毒品分拆工具及7,000澳門元懷疑毒資，再根據線索於翌日凌晨拘捕一名香港女子，並在其身上搜獲23克可卡因，約值7.5萬澳門元。
其中一名涉案青少年的尿液檢測結果對毒品呈陽性反應，其承認因欠債而以日薪1,700港元替販毒集團販毒，並藉贈送手機來利誘同伙青少年陪同作案；而涉案女子則承認收取販毒集團2,500港元報酬偷運毒品來澳交予上述青少年出售。本局對涉案女子及其中一名涉案青少年控以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪；另一名青少年因未達刑事歸責年齡，故本局將其一併移交檢察院處理。

The Judiciary Police received a tip-off earlier indicating that a drug syndicate in Hong Kong had instructed two teenagers to sell drugs to active nightclub goers along the NAPE district in Macao. After investigation, the identities of the duo were mastered, and officers were deployed for surveillance.
Late at night on 5th June 2019, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the duo outside a hotel in the NAPE district. An electronic scale, drug distribution tools and suspected drug proceeds of MOP7,000 were seized inside their rented hotel room. In addition, a Hong Kong woman was arrested in the wee hours of the following day based on the leads. 23 grams of cocaine, valued at around MOP75,000, were seized from her.
One of the involved teenagers tested positive for drugs in his urine test. He admitted to have assisted the drug syndicate to traffic drugs in Macao for a daily wage of HKD1,700, owing to his debts. He lured a teenager (his accomplice) to commit the crime with him on the pretext of giving him a mobile phone as a gift, whilst the involved woman admitted to have received HKD2,500 from the drug syndicate as reward to traffic drugs to Macao and hand them to the aforesaid teenagers for sale. The Judiciary Police charged the involved woman and one of the involved teenagers with the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances as well as illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. As the other teenager had yet to reach the age of criminal liability, he was transferred by the Judiciary Police to the Public Prosecutions Office together with the duo for processing.

A PJ recebeu informações indicando que um grupo de tráfico de droga de Hong Kong tinha enviado dois jovens a Macau para vender droga aos frequentadores dos estabelecimentos nocturnos do NAPE. Na investigação, a PJ conseguiu identificar os dois e começou a vigiá-los.
Na noite de 5 de Junho de 2019, estes foram detidos fora de um hotel do NAPE, nos quartos que os dois pernoitavam, foram encontrados, uma balança digital, alguns instrumentos para dividir as doses e 7.000 patacas que supostamente viriam do tráfico. Segundo as informações recolhidas, uma mulher de Hong Kong, foi detida também no dia seguinte, na sua posse, foram apreendidas 23 gramas de cocaína num valor de cerca de 75.000 patacas.
Relativamente ao exame da urina, o resultado de um deles foi positivo, este confessou ter trabalhado neste grupo com salário diário de 1.700 HKD por causa da dívida contraída, e ter atraído outros amigos jovens oferecendo-lhes telemóveis para actuarem juntos. A mulher detida, por sua vez, admitiu que tinha recebido 2.500 HKD para traficar droga de Hong Kong para Macau e entregá-la a aquele jovem para a vender. Esta mulher e um dos dois jovens foram acusados por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes, quanto ao outro jovem, ainda é menor que não atinge a idade de imputabilidade penal, todos foram presentes ao MP.
