本澳男子涉加重傷人被捕
本局於2019年6月4日凌晨接獲治安警察局通知，海灣南街某大廈單位發生一宗傷人案。據查，事主和涉案男子分別居於上下層單位，二人於2018年開始因事主單位裝修噪音問題多次發生爭執。2019年6月3日晚上，涉案男子持刀前往樓上事主單位拍打鐵閘，事主及其兒子手持木棍開門查看，涉案男子隨即衝前揮刀襲擊，事主父子則使用木棍阻擋及還擊，涉案男子砍傷事主頭部和手部後逃離現場。經法醫診斷，證實事主傷勢對身體完整性造成普通傷害。
本局調查後於當日傍晚拘捕涉案男子，以加重傷害身體完整性罪、禁用武器及爆炸性物質罪將其移送檢察院處理。
Macao man arrested for aggravated assault
In the wee hours of 4th June 2019, the Judiciary Police was notified by the Public Security Police Force of an injury case in a unit of a residential building on Rua da Bacia Sul. Investigation revealed that the victim and the involved man lived in the unit on the upper and lower level of each other respectively, and the two had quarrelled on numerous occasions about the noise caused by the renovation of the victim’s unit since 2018. On the night of 3rd June 2019, the involved man proceeded to the victim’s unit upstairs and hit on the metal gate with a knife in his hand. The victim and his son opened the door to check with a wooden baton in hand, but the involved man immediately rushed forward and brandished the knife to attack them. The father and son resisted and fought back with the baton, but the involved man still managed to slash the victim’s head and hand before fleeing the scene.
After investigation, the Judiciary Police arrested the involved man on the evening of the same day and transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of aggravated harm to bodily integrity, prohibited weapon and explosive substance.
Detido um homem de Macau por ofensas qualificadas à integridade física
Na madrugada de 04 de Junho de 2019, a PJ foi informada pelo CPSP que ocorreu um caso de ofensas à integridade física num apartamento na Rua da Bacia Sul. Na investigação, descobriu-se que o queixoso e o homem envolvido, ambos viviam no mesmo edifício, um no andar superior outro no inferior. Os dois tinham disputas desde 2018 por causa dos barulhos causados pelas obras de renovação do apartamento da vítima. Na noite de 3 de Junho de 2019, o homem segurando uma faca foi até ao apartamento da vítima do andar superior e bateu no portão de metal, A vítima e seu filho abriram a porta com um bastão de madeira na mão para verificar, mas o homem imediatamente correu para frente e brandiu a faca para os atacar. O pai e o filho resistiram e lutaram com o bastão, mas o homem ainda conseguiu ferir a vítima na cabeça e na mão antes de fugir da cena. Após o diagnóstico, verificou-se que o ataque resultou em ferimentos normais à integridade física da vítima.
O homem foi detido na mesma noite pela PJ e foi presente ao MP por ofensas qualificadas à integridade física e detenção de armas proibidas.
