三內地男涉巨額詐騙就逮
2019年4月28日，本局接獲治安警察局轉介一宗詐騙案件，一名內地女子報稱被兩名內地男子以出售金項鍊為名進行詐騙，涉案人假借到珠寶店進行檢驗，並在獲取事主信任後，以偷龍轉鳳方式將贋品金色項鍊調包轉售。令事主損失港幣35,000元，故報警求助。
2019年5月11日，本局接獲另一宗同類案件舉報。兩宗案件之作案手法相同，涉案金額合共69,000港元。經深入調查後，發現兩宗案件的作案人為同一伙人，合共三名涉案男子伙同作案，以相同手法先後詐騙兩名事主，作案後即時一同經關閘離開澳門。
2019年5月29日，本局成功在關閘入境口岸截獲上述三名涉案男子，並在三人身上再搜獲四條金色頸鍊及兩枚金色手錶，經調查後，其中二人承認作案，本局以巨額詐騙罪及犯罪集團罪將三名涉案人送交檢察院偵辦。
Three mainland men apprehended for massive fraud
On 28th April 2019, the Judiciary Police received a fraud case transferred by the Public Security Police Force. A mainland woman reported to have been defrauded by two mainland men on the pretext of selling gold necklace. Having taken the advantage of conducting examination in the jewellery shop and gained the trust of the victim, the involved individuals swapped the necklace with a counterfeit in gold colour and sold it to her. This incurred a loss of HKD35,000 to the victim, who thus reported to the police for assistance.
On 11th May 2019, the Judiciary Police received a report of another case with similar nature. The modus operandi of both cases was the same and the total amount involved was HKD69,000. After in-depth investigation, the perpetrators of the two cases were found to be of the same gang, with a total of three involved men perpetrating in complicity to have defrauded the two victims successively with the same modus operandi, and leaving Macao together via the Border Gate right after the perpetration.
On 29th May 2019, the Judiciary Police successfully intercepted the abovementioned three involved men at the Border Gate Checkpoint and seized four gold-coloured necklaces and two gold-coloured watches from the trio. After investigation, two of them admitted the perpetration. The three involved individuals were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of massive fraud and criminal syndicate.

Em 28 de Abril de 2019, a PJ recebeu um caso de burla, transferido pelo CPSP, indicando que uma mulher da RPC foi burlada por dois homens também do RPC que teceram um esquema de venda de um colar de ouro. Conseguiram ganhar a confiança da vítima fazendo a autenticação do ouro numa joalharia, depois, durante a transacção, os suspeitos substituíram o colar com outro de ouro falso que causou à vítima um prejuízo de 35.000 HK$, ela acabou por fazer queixa à polícia.
Em 11 de Maio, a PJ recebeu um outro caso do mesmo género que foi praticado com esquema igual, o total do prejuizo dos dois casos foi de de 69.000 HK$. Na investigação aprofundada, apurou-se que ambas as burlas estavam relacionadas com um grupo de três homens que deixaram Macau passando a fronteira das Portas do Cerco logo depois dos crimes.
Em 29 de Maio, a PJ conseguiu interceptar os três nas Portas do Cerco e na posse deles foram encontrados quatro colares e dois relógios de pulso, todos do cor de ouro. Dois dos quais confessaram o crime e todos foram presentes ao MP por burla de valor elevado e associação criminosa.
