內地男涉加重詐騙、搶劫及誣告被捕
2019年5月29日，本局接獲治安警察局移交一宗詐騙及搶劫案件，事主報稱在本澳從事非法兌換外幣業務，2019年5月28日晚上在氹仔某酒店房間透過網上銀行轉帳方式與本案涉案男子兌換港幣現金，事主將內地銀行戶口號碼告知涉案人，涉案人聲稱收到朋友以網上銀行成功轉帳到事主戶口的短訊截圖，並向事主展示該截圖，但事主一直收不到已到帳的銀行短訊，因而拒絶交付現金，於是兩人一直在房間內等候。等候期間，事主發覺交易可能有問題，故以手機短訊通知兩名朋友到酒店大堂協助。等候約一個多小時後，涉案人表示已轉帳成功不會再等，隨即搶去枱面上的現金並竄出房間。
事主見狀馬上阻止涉案人離開，兩人發生糾纏並坐電梯直達大堂。期間兩名證人見到兩人糾纏而上前制止，最終事主成功取回上述款項。四人在大堂被保安員截停，涉案人即報警聲稱被搶劫。其後，治安警察局人員到場對四人進行初步調查後將案件轉交本局跟進。
本局經調查後，涉案人承認上述銀行轉帳的截圖為偽造，蓄意詐騙事主金錢。基於有足夠證據顯示涉案人實施加重詐騙、搶劫及誣告之犯罪，故將其拘留並移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for involvement in aggravated fraud, robbery and false accusation
On 29th May 2019, the Judiciary Police received a fraud and robbery case transferred by the Public Security Police Force. The victim reported that he engaged in illegal currency exchange business in Macao. On the night of 28th May 2019, he exchanged Hong Kong dollars in cash with the involved man of this case through online bank transfer in a hotel room in Taipa. The victim notified the involved person about the number of his mainland bank account. The involved person claimed to have received a screenshot of the message from his friend indicating the successful bank transfer into the victim’s account via online banking. He then showed the screenshot to the victim. However, as the victim had all the while failed to receive the message of the credited amount from the bank, he refused to hand in the cash. The duo kept waiting inside the room. While they were waiting, the victim came to realize that something might have gone wrong with the transaction. Thus, he notified two of his friends via mobile phone text messages to proceed to the hotel lobby to assist. After waiting for over an hour or so, the involved man said that the transfer had already been successful and would not wait further. He then snatched away the cash on the table immediately and dashed out of the room.
Upon seeing the situation, the victim promptly stopped the involved man from leaving. A scuffle broke out between them and they went straight to the lobby by taking a lift. During the course, two witnesses who saw the scuffle went over to stop the duo. In the end, the victim got back the aforesaid amount successfully. The quartet was stopped by the security guards at the lobby. The involved man called the police immediately and claimed to have been robbed. Subsequently, personnel of the Public Security Police Force arrived at the scene. After conducting a preliminary investigation on the quartet, the case was transferred to the Judiciary Police for follow- up.
After an investigation conducted by the Judiciary Police, the involved man admitted that the screenshot of the aforesaid bank transfer was a counterfeit to defraud the victim of money deliberately. As there was sufficient evidence showing that the involved man had committed aggravated fraud, robbery and false accusation, he was detained and transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for processing.
Detido um homem por burla qualificada, roubo e denúncia caluniosa
No dia 29 de Maio de 2019, a PJ recebeu um caso de burla e roubo transferido pelo CPSP, indicando que na noite de 28 de Maio, num quarto de hotel da Taipa, um indivíduo, vítima deste caso, que alegadamente praticava actividades de troca ilegal de moeda estrangeira em Macau, estaria a efectuar uma transacção da troca de HKD com um outro homem, suspeito deste caso, através de transferência bancária online. A vítima deu o número da sua conta bancária da China continental ao suspeito, que depois lhe disse ter recebido uma imagem de que o seu amigo tinha transferido o dinheiro online à conta referida com sucesso, e enviou-lhe essa imagem, mas a vítima nunca recebeu a mensagem enviada pelo banco sobre a recepção daquele dinheiro, por isso, recusou a entrega do numerário ao suspeito, assim, os dois esperaram no quarto. Durante a espera, a vítima achou que esta transacção era suspeita, portanto mandou uma mensagem a dois amigos pedindo-lhes para ir ao átrio do hotel e dar ajuda. Depois de mais de uma hora, o suspeito disse que não queria continuar à espera uma vez que a transferência bancária tinha sido efectuada com sucesso, a seguir, pegou no dinheiro colocado na mesa e saiu.
A vítima impediu-lhe imediatamente de siar. Os dois começaram uma briga no elevador. No átrio, duas testemunhas deste caso viram o incidente e tentaram travar o conflito. A vítima acabou por recuperar o dinheiro. Quando os quatro foram interceptados por um segurança no local, o suspeito chamou a polícia imediatamente dizendo que lhe tinha sido roubado o dinheiro. Posteriormente, o pessoal do CPSP foi ao local para proceder a uma investigação preliminar e transferiu depois o caso para a PJ.
Na investigação, o suspeito admitiu que aquela imagem foi falsificada e disse ter burlado a vítima de forma deliberada. Como há provas suficientes que mostram o seu envolvimento na burla qualificada, roubo e denúncia caluniosa, o homem foi detido e presente ao MP.
