內地男涉入屋盜竊被捕
2018年3月10日，本局接報指氹仔七潭公路某五層高住宅別墅被人入屋盜竊。案中被害人於2018年3月7日離開上述住所，至3月10日回到上址時發現單位木門被人反鎖無法開啟，最終需打破木門上方玻璃才能爬入屋內。入屋後發現屋內多處地方凌亂及有被搜掠痕跡，故懷疑被人入屋盜竊而報警求助。經點算，計有鑽石、翡翠、玉器及黃金飾物等貴重物品失竊，損失折合共約500萬澳門元。
本局接報後經深入調查及分析，鎖定兩名涉案男子的身份，及查悉兩人作案後經關閘口岸逃離本澳。
2019年5月28日在治安警察局協助下，於關閘入境大堂截獲其中一名涉案男子，該男子否認犯案及拒絶與本局合作。基於有足夠證據顯示涉案人實施犯罪，本局以加重盜竊罪將其移交檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man apprehended for burglary
On 10th March 2018, the Judiciary Police received a report that a five-storey residential villa at Estrada de Sete Tanques in Taipa had been burgled. The victim of this case left the abovementioned residence on 7th March 2018. Upon returning home on March 10th, the victim discovered that the wooden door of the unit had been locked from the inside and could not be opened. The victim eventually had to break the glass above the wooden door in order to climb into the house. After entering the unit, the victim found the house was in a mess, with signs of having been ransacked, thus suspected that the unit had been burgled and reported to the police for assistance. Upon counting, valuables including diamonds, emeralds, jadeware and gold jewelries were stolen, incurring a total loss of around MOP5 million.
Having received the report, the Judiciary Police conducted in-depth investigation and analysis. Two involved men were identified and found having fled Macao via the Border Gate checkpoint after the perpetration.
On 28th May 2019, with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force, one of the involved men was intercepted in the arrival hall of the Border Gate checkpoint. The man denied to have committed the crime and refused to cooperate with the Judiciary Police. Due to sufficient evidence indicating that the involved individual had committed the crime, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Homem da RPC detido por furto em apartamento
Em 10 de Março de 2018, a PJ recebeu uma queixa dizendo que tinha havido um furto num apartamento de um prédio de cinco andares, na Estrada de Sete Tanques, Taipa. No dia 7, o proprietário saiu de casa e, no dia 10, quando voltou descobriu que a porta de madeira estava trancada e não a conseguiu abrir. Finalmente, a vítima quebrou o vidro da parte alta da porta para entrar no apartamento, onde viu objectos desarrumados e que tinham sido mexidos, suspeitando que se tratasse de um furto, assim fez queixa à polícia. Verificou-se que tinham sido furtados alguns objectos preciosos como diamantes, esmeraldas, peças de jade e ouro, o prejuízo estimado foi aproximadamente de cinco milhões de patacas.
Na investigação realizada pela PJ, conseguiu-se identificar dois homens e apurou-se que estes, depois da actuação, tinham fugido de Macau via Portas do Cerco.
No dia 28 de Maio, com a assistência do CPSP, um dos suspeitos foi detido naquela frenteira, este negou o crime e se recusou a colaborar com a PJ. Dado que foram recolhidas provas suficientes que ligam o suspeito ao crime, este foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
