越南家傭盜用僱主提款卡被捕
2019年5月中旬，本局接獲一名本澳居民報案，指其提款卡戶口於2018年11月中旬開始被盜提款，損失金額合共約23萬澳門元。本局隨即展開偵查工作，經調查後鎖定事主的一名越南家傭為涉嫌人。
5月27日，本局將上述涉案家傭帶返調查，涉案人承認犯案。據查，涉案人於2013年來澳受聘於本案事主，與事主同住及有賭博習慣。其表示過往在陪伴僱主到櫃員機提款時，故意偷看提款密碼，並自2018年11月起，不時偷偷取去事主放於房間抽屜的提款卡，隨即外出到附近櫃員機盜取款項，之後立即將提款卡放回原處及刪除事主電話內有關銀行交易提示訊息。半年來涉嫌人共進行了約80筆盜提交易，合共約23萬澳門元，贓款已全部用於賭博及生活消費。
本局以電腦詐騙、損害電腦數據資料罪將涉案家傭移送檢察院偵辦。
Vietnamese domestic helper arrested for misappropriating employer’s ATM card
In mid-May 2019, the Judiciary Police received a report from a Macao resident, alleging that someone had been stealing from her ATM account since mid-November 2018, incurring a loss of around MOP230,000 in total. The Judiciary promptly conducted an investigation, and later a Vietnamese domestic helper of the victim was identified as the suspect.
On May 27th, the Judiciary Police brought the aforementioned domestic helper back for investigation, and she confessed to the crime. Investigation revealed that the suspect was hired by the victim of this case in 2013 as a stay-in domestic helper and had a gambling habit. She confessed that she had deliberately peeked at the passcode when she accompanied her employer to make withdrawal at the ATM. And since November 2018, at times she would steal the victim’s ATM card from the drawer in her bedroom, then promptly misappropriated the card at a nearby ATM machine, and afterwards immediately returned the ATM card to its original place and deleted the message sent by the bank concerning the transaction in the victim’s phone. In half a year’s time, the suspect had conducted approximately 80 such transactions, with a total amount of around MOP230,000. The stolen money had all been spent on gambling and daily expenses.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved domestic helper to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of computer fraud and damage of computer data information.
Detida uma empregada doméstica por uso do cartão ATM da empregadora
Em meados de Maio de 2019, recebemos uma queixa de uma residente afirmando que desde meados de Novembro do ano passado, a conta do seu cartão de ATM tinha sido usada por alguém para levantamentos, causando-lhe um prejuízo de 230 mil patacas. Os nossos agentes iniciaram as diligências, nas quais foi identificada a sua empregada doméstica de origem vietnamita como suspeita.
No dia 27 passado, a suspeita foi levada para a PJ para investigação e admitiu o crime. Apurou-se que a detida tinha sido contratada em 2013 que era viciada no jogo e vivia com a vítima. Esta afirmou que quando acompanhava a vítima para efectuar levamentos nas máquinas ATM espiou e conseguiu saber a senha, assim, desde Novembro de 2018, usou para levamentos, em várias ocasiões, o cartão ATM da patroa que estava guardado na gaveta, depois de o usar colocava-o de novo no sítio e apagava todas as mensagens relativas àqueles levantamentos no telemóvel da vítima. A detida efectuou, em seis meses, cerca de 80 levantamentos, totalizando um valor de 230 mil patacas e todo aquele dinheiro foi perdido no jogo e usado no consumo para sustentação da vida quotidiana.
A detida foi presente ao MP acusada de burla informática e de dano a dados informáticos.
