偵破販毒案 拘兩男子

較早前本局接獲情報，指有內地販毒集團派人到澳門新口岸及路氹區一帶進行販毒活動，並向活躍該區的夜場及賭場人士出售毒品“冰”。

本局經調查及綜合分析迅即鎖定涉案人的身份。5月25日，涉案人與一名男子在祐漢區某街道上疑似進行毒品交易，本局人員在適當時機採取行動，先後對兩人進行截查，在兩人身上及其居住單位合共搜獲27包共重24.34克毒品“冰”，市值約澳門幣60,000元，以及數件吸毒工具。

購買毒品的男子承認透過電話軟件購買毒品吸食，涉案人則承認按照內地的販毒上線指示，來澳在新口岸區一帶販毒。

本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品、精神藥物罪及不適當持有器具或設備罪將兩名涉案男子移交檢察院處理。

Drug trafficking case cracked, 2 men arrested

Earlier on, the Judiciary Police received intelligence indicating that a mainland drug trafficking syndicate had assigned an individual to carry out drug trafficking activities at NAPE and the Cotai district in Macao, selling the drug “ice” to active patrons of nightclubs and casinos in the districts. 

After investigation and consolidated analysis, the Judiciary Police swiftly identified the involved man.  On May 25th, the involved man was suspected of dealing drugs with a man on a road at Iao Hon district.  The Judiciary Police officers took action at the opportune moment, intercepting the two successively.  A total of 27 packets of the drug “ice”, weighing a total of 24.34 grams, at a market value of approximately MOP60,000 and several pieces of drug paraphernalia were seized from the duo and their residence.

The man buying the drugs admitted that the drugs were bought via mobile apps for his consumption, while the involved man admitted to have come to Macao for drug trafficking in the NAPE district according to the drug trafficking up-line instruction of the Mainland.  The Judiciary Police transferred the two involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances as well as inappropriate possession of utensils or equipment, respectively.

Resolvido um caso de tráfico de estupefacientes e detidos dois homens

A PJ recebeu informações indicando que uma rede de tráfico de drogas do continente tinha mandado alguém a vender droga no NAPE e no Cotai, especialmente “ice”, aos frequentadores de estabelecimentos nocturnos e casinos.

Na sequência da investigação e da análise combinada, identificou-se um suspeito. No dia 25 de Maio, suspeitou-se que ele e um homem estavam a traficar drogas numa rua da zona do Iao Hon, os nossos agentes entraram em acção em tempo oportuno, detiveram-nos, foram encontrados, na posse e nos apartamentos, 27 pacotes de “ice” num peso total de 24,34 gramas, o valor é de cerca de 60.000 patacas, foram apreendidos ainda alguns instrumentos para o consumo.

O comprador confessou que tinha comprado a droga para consumo próprio,  através de uma aplicação de telemóvel. O suspeito, por sua vez, admitiu que vinha a Macau para vender droga na zona do NAPE de acordo com as indicações dadas por membros superiores desta rede. Os dois foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes, e detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento.
