五男子涉串謀縱火燒車被拘
2019年1月17日，氹仔某屋苑停車場內兩輛汽車被人撥灑易燃液體，其中一輛更被人以滅火沙筒毀壞；1月20日，上述兩輛汽車再次遭人淋上易燃液體燒毀，作案的香港男子黎某逃走時被大廈保安員截獲並交予本局處理；黎某承認收取報酬作案，本局於1月21日將其移送檢察院偵辦，司法機關隨後對其採取羈押的強制措施。
本局繼續對案件進行深入調查，發現案件還涉及五名在逃人士，當中涉案男子關某及邱某因與案中車主有生意糾紛及私人仇怨而作出報復，他們指使涉案男子康某及李某命人購買易燃液體，邱某與其公司員工黃某預先前往案發現場視察後，向香港某犯罪集團聘請黎某來澳犯案。
鑑於五名涉案男子的犯罪行為具高度組織性，以及案情的嚴重性，本局於5月8日採取行動，將上述五人帶返本局調查，以犯罪集團罪和造成火警、爆炸及其他特別危險行為罪移送檢察院處理。
Five men apprehended for conspiring to burn cars
On 17th January 2019, two cars inside the parking lots of a housing estate in Taipa were splashed with flammable liquid, one of which was even damaged by an individual with a fire sand bucket. On January 20th, the abovementioned two cars were again splashed with flammable liquid and burned. The perpetrator, a Hong Kong man surnamed Lai, was intercepted by the security guard of the estate while fleeing from the scene and was transferred to the Judiciary Police. Lai confessed to have received remuneration for the perpetration. Having been transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office on January 21st, Lai was later imposed mandatory measure of custody by the judicial authorities.
The Judiciary Police continued to conduct in-depth investigation and found that the case involved another 5 individuals at large. Among them, men surnamed Kuan and Yao took revenge on the owners of the cars in the case due to business disputes and personal grudge. They instructed the involved men surnamed Hong and Lei to order someone to buy flammable liquid. Yao and his staff surnamed Wong had gone to the crime scene beforehand for site-inspection, then paid a Hong Kong criminal syndicate to hire Lai to commit the perpetration in Macao.
Due to the fact that the criminal acts of the 5 involved men were highly organized and the felony of the case, action was taken on May 8th to bring the 5 men back to the Judiciary Police for investigation. They were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of criminal syndicate and causing fire, explosion and other exceptionally dangerous behaviour.

Em 17 de Janeiro de 2019, dois veículos foram regados com líquido inflamável no parque de estacionamento de um complexo de habitação situado na Taipa, tendo um deles sido danificado ainda por um balde de areia usado contra os incêndios. No dia 20 de Janeiro, os mesmos veículos foram novamente regados com líquido inflamável e incendiados, o autor, um homem de Hong Kong, de apelido Lai, foi interceptado ao fugir, pelo pessoal de segurança do edifício e entregue à PJ. O suspeito confessou que foi recrutado para praticar o crime e, no dia 21 de Janeiro, foi presente ao MP, que posteriormente, lhe foi aplicada, pelo órgão judicial, a prisão preventiva.
A PJ continuou a investigação e verificou que havia mais cinco indivíduos envolvidos no caso que se encontravam em fuga, entre estes, dois homens, de apelido Kuan e Iau, teriam actuado como acto de represália contra o proprietário dos veículos, devido a conflitos de negócios e ressentimentos pessoais. Estes dois suspeitos mandaram os indivíduos, de apelido Hong e Lei, para enviar alguém para comprar o líquido inflamável. O suspeito de apelido Iau e o trabalhador da sua empresa, de apelido Wong, foram visitar antecipadamente o local do crime e recrutaram o indivíduo de apelido Lai, duma rede criminosa de Hong Kong para praticar o crime.
Tendo em conta que os cinco indivíduos actuaram de forma altamente organizada e atendendo à gravidade das circunstâncias do crime, a PJ desencadeou, no dia 8 de Maio, uma acção e os cinco suspeitos foram levados à PJ para investigação, e acabaram por ser presentes ao MP pelos crimes de associação criminosa e de incêndio.
