內地男外僱涉偽造及行使假鈔被捕

本局於2019年2月至4月期間接獲銀行及水貨店報稱收到假鈔,涉及九張面值100澳門元的假鈔,編號分別為AF014117和AK018992,經調查後鎖定涉案人為一名內地男外僱,並追查其行蹤。
2019年4月29日,治安警察局於涉案男子入境時將其截獲,並轉交本局調查。涉案男子承認犯案,供稱所有假鈔均在其澳門工作地點以影印機製作,用於購買奶粉並帶回內地轉售圖利。本局透過國際刑警澳門支局向內地公安機關要求協查,珠海市公安局於涉案男子的內地居所搜出60張假鈔,總值為9,500港元和22,200澳門元。
本局以假造貨幣罪及將假貨幣轉手罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland male non-resident worker arrested for involvement in counterfeiting and using fake banknotes

During February to April 2019, the Judiciary Police received reports from banks and parallel goods stores alleging that fake banknotes had been received. Nine fake banknotes with the denomination of MOP100 were involved. The serial numbers were AF014117 and AK018992 respectively. After investigation, the involved mainland male non-resident worker was identified and his whereabouts was pursued.
On 29th April 2019, the involved man was intercepted by the Public Security Police Force as he entered Macao, and he was transferred to the Judiciary Police for investigation. The involved man admitted that he had committed the crimes, and claimed that all the fake banknotes were produced by using a photocopier in his workplace in Macao. He used these fake banknotes to buy infant formula and resold it in mainland China to gain a profit. Through the Macao Sub-Bureau of the China National Central Bureau of Interpol, the Judiciary Police requested the mainland public security agency for assistance in the investigation. The Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau seized 60 fake banknotes (totalled HKD9,500 and MOP22,200) from the mainland residence of the involved man.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of falsification of currency and passing on counterfeit currency.
Detido um trabalhador não residente da China continental por falsificação e uso de moeda falsa

Entre Fevereiro e Abril de 2019, a PJ recebeu queixas bancos e lojas relativas a notas falsas, envolvendo 9 notas de valor facial de 100 patacas, com números de série AF014117 e AK018992. Após investigação, foi identificado um trabalhador não residente da China continental, tendo a PJ realizado diligências para a sua localização.
Em 29 de Abril de 2019, o suspeito ao entrar no território foi interceptado pelos agentes do CPSP e encaminhado para a PJ. O homem confessou o crime e disse que as notas falsas foram fabricadas no seu local de trabalho em Macau através da fotocopiadora, as quais serviam para comprar leite em pó que eram revendidas na China continental. A PJ solicitou a colaboração dos órgãos policiais da China continental através do Subgabinete de Macau da Interpol, a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai encontrou, na residência da China continental do suspeito, 60 notas falsas, com valor total de 9.500 HKD e 22.200 MOP.
O suspeito foi presente ao MP pelos crimes de falsificação e passagem de moeda falsa.
