一名男子涉嚴重傷人致死被捕
本局於2019年4月27日接獲治安警察局通知，打鐵斜巷某大廈單位內發生一宗嚴重傷人案，據本局調查所得，案發當日下午兩名小童在一休憩區玩樂期間打架，小童乙臉部被小童甲抓傷，小童乙父親（即涉案人）命令小童甲帶領往其住處找家長理論，理論期間，小童甲外公（即受害人）因拒絶賠償被涉案男子揮拳襲擊臉部，隨後倒地昏迷，涉案男子見狀立即離開現場，受害人鄰居得悉情況後報警，並召救護車將其送院治理，但因情況危殆，延至翌日早上死亡。
2019年4月28日，本局在涉案男子住所將其拘捕，其承認因一時之氣而犯案。鑑於涉案男子襲擊受害人並引致其死亡，本局以嚴重傷害身體完整性、因結果之加重、加重傷害身體完整性等三罪將涉案男子移送檢察院處理。
Man arrested for aggravated fatal assault
The Judiciary Police was informed by the Public Security Police Force on 27th April 2019 that a severe assault case took place in an apartment of a building in Calçada do Januário. Investigation revealed that while playing in a recreation area on that afternoon, two children had a fight, during which child B had his face scratched by child A. Child B’s father (the suspect) ordered child A to lead him to the latter’s residence to reason things out with his parents. During the course, child A’s maternal grandfather (the victim) was punched in the face by the involved man for refusing to compensate. Seeing the elderly man falling to the ground, unconscious, the involved man fled the scene. The victim’s neighbour, aware of the incident, reported to the police and called an ambulance to send him to the hospital. However, the critically injured grandfather was pronounced dead the next morning.
The Judiciary Police arrested the involved man, who confessed to committing the crime out of impulsiveness, at his residence on 28th April 2019. Due to the involved man’s fatal attack inflicted on the victim, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the three charges of severe impairment to bodily integrity, aggravation by result, aggravated impairment to bodily integrity, etc.
Detido um homem por ofensa grave à integridade física que resultou em morte
Em 27 de Abril de 2019, a PJ recebeu uma comunicação da PSP sobre um caso de ofensa grave ocorrido num apartamento de um edifício na Calçada do Januário. Na investigação, ficou apurado que na tarde da ocorrência, na briga entre duas crianças que brincavam numa zona de lazer, uma delas arranhou a cara da outra, o pai da criança que sofreu os arranhões seguiu o agressor na sua casa para discutir com os pais dele. Durante a discussão, o avô dele foi atingido por um murro por ter recusado de pagar uma indemnização, caiu e entrou em coma e o agressor saiu imediatamente. Quando os vizinhos aperceberam-se da situação, chamaram a polícia e a ambulância, que transportou o homem para o hospital. A vítima acabou por falecer na manha seguinte.
No dia 28 de Abril de 2019, os nossos agentes detiveram o suspeito na sua residência. O detido admitiu a agressão dizendo ter tido um ataque de fúria. Devido à causa da morte, foi presente ao MP por ofensas graves à integridade física, e pela gravidade do resultado, ofensa qualificada à integridade física.
