兩烏克蘭男子因涉行使假卡及拒捕被拘
2019年3月20日，本局接獲本澳兩間銀行舉報，於2019年2月至3月期間，先後在支行的櫃員機內檢獲16張假卡(包括3張假信用卡及13張假提款卡)，涉及24筆提款交易，損失金額4.8萬港元。
本局接報後展開調查，迅速鎖定一名烏克蘭籍涉案男子身份。
2019年4月25日下午，涉案男子經港珠澳大橋口岸入境本澳，本局人員隨即展開跟蹤部署。同日晚上，發現涉案男子與另一男子在水坑尾某銀行自動櫃員機提款，由於相信兩人再次犯案，遂即上前截查，期間兩人作出強烈反抗及試圖逃跑，最終被本局人員制服及帶返本局調查;行動中，本局一名人員的手臂受傷，須送院治理。
調查期間，本局人員在涉案男子身上搜獲23張假卡(包括11張假信用卡及12張假提款卡)，並在兩人租住的酒店房間內檢獲158張“白卡”以及讀寫卡機、讀寫卡程式及手提電腦。
本局根據相關調查證據，以假造貨幣罪、將假貨幣轉手罪、電腦詐騙罪、不當獲取、使用或提供電腦數據資料罪、用作實施犯罪的電腦數據資料罪、抗拒及脅迫罪將兩人移送檢察院處理。
Two Ukrainian men apprehended for using counterfeit cards and resisting arrest
On 20th March 2019, two local banks in Macao reported to the Judiciary Police that 16 counterfeit cards (including 3 counterfeit credit cards and 13 counterfeit ATM cards) had been found inside the ATMs in their sub-branches successively from February to March 2019, involving 24 withdrawal transactions and incurring a loss of HKD 48,000.
Having received the report, the Judiciary Police launched investigation and an involved Ukrainian man was swiftly identified.
On the afternoon of 25th April 2019, the involved man entered Macao via the checkpoint of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Hence, the personnel of the Judiciary Police immediately tailed the man and made deployment. On the same night, the involved man was found to be withdrawing cash with another man from the ATM in a bank in Rua do Campo. Believing the duo were perpetrating again, the personnel of the Judiciary Police thus immediately intercepted them. During this period, the duo resisted violently and attempted to flee; yet they were eventually subdued by the personnel of the Judiciary Police and brought back for investigation. During the operation, an officer’s arm was hurt and had to be sent to the hospital for treatment.
During the investigation, 23 counterfeit cards (including 11 counterfeit credit cards and 12 counterfeit ATM cards) were seized from the involved man, while 158 “blank cards”, card reader writer encoders, card reader writer programmes and laptops were seized from the hotel room rented by the duo.
Based on the relevant investigation evidence, the Judiciary Police transferred the duo to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of falsification of currency, transfer of counterfeit currencies, computer fraud, illegal acquisition, usage or supply of computer data information, computer data information for perpetrating crime, resistance and coercion.

No dia 20 de Março de 2019, a PJ recebeu as denúncias de dois bancos de Macau, indicando que tinham sido apreendidos, sucessivamente, 16 cartões falsos (3 cartões de crédito e 13 cartões multibanco) que envolviam 24 transacções, em máquinas de ATM, no período entre Fevereiro e Março de 2019, num prejuízo de 48.000HKD.
Na sequência da investigação, conseguiu-se identificar o suspeito, um homem de nacionalidade ucraniana.
Na tarde de 25 de Abril de 2019, este indivíduo entrou no território pelo posto fronteiriço da Ponte Hong Kong-Macau-Zhuhai, os nossos agentes começaram a segui-lo e a preparar a acção. Na mesma noite, descobriu-se que o suspeito e um outro homem estavam a levantar dinheiro numa máquina de ATM na Rua do Campo. Acreditando que os dois iriam actuar outra vez, os agentes detiveram-nos de imediato, mas os dois resistiram e tentaram fugir, finalmente foi possível controlá-los e foram levados para a PJ. Um investigador sofreu ferimentos num braço e foi transportado para o hospital.
Na operação, apreenderam-se 23 cartões falsos (11 cartões de crédito e 12 cartões multibanco), foram encontrados ainda, no quarto de um hotel onde os dois pernoitavam, 158 cartões brancos, leitores de cartões, programas para leitores de cartão e computadores portáteis.
De acordo com as provas recolhidas na investigação, os dois foram presentes ao MP por contrafacção de moeda, passagem de moeda falsa, burla informática, acesso ilegítimo a sistema informático, obtenção ou utilização ilegítima de dados informáticos, dados informáticos destinados à prática de crimes, resistência e coacção.
