三男女涉販吸毒被捕
本局日前接獲情報，指有香港某販毒集團指派兩名香港男女來澳販毒，經深入調查後確定目標男女的樣貌特徵及住處。
2019年4月23日晚上，本局派員到新口岸區兩人租住的酒店外部署，期間發現涉案男子離開酒店並登上一輛汽車與一名本澳男子進行毒品交易，本局人員見時機成熟隨即上前截查，在兩人身上搜獲約5.97克可卡因，隨後在涉案香港男子租住房間查獲涉案香港女子，以及搜出8.87克可卡因、1.89克海洛因、折合約4.3萬澳門元毒資及分拆毒品工具。全部毒品約值五萬澳門元。
涉案香港男子承認以日薪1,500港元受僱於香港某販毒集團，至被捕前共出售約40克可卡因，不法收益約八萬港元。本局依法對三名被捕人士進行毒品尿液檢測，結果均呈陽性反應。本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪、醉酒駕駛或受麻醉品或精神科物質影響下駕駛罪將三名男女移送檢察院偵辦。
Two men and a woman arrested for drug trafficking and consumption
The Judiciary Police was informed earlier that a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate had instructed a man and a woman from Hong Kong to traffic drugs in Macao. In-depth investigation confirmed their facial features and residence.
During deployment outside the targets’ hotel in NAPE on the night of 23rd April 2019, the Judiciary Police found the involved man leaving the hotel to get into a car and engage in drug trade with a local man. Grasping the opportune moment, the Judiciary Police promptly intercepted the two and seized around 5.97 grams of cocaine from them. The Hong Kong woman was subsequently found in the room rented by the involved Hong Kong man, while 8.87 grams of cocaine, 1.89 grams of heroin, drug proceeds equivalent to around MOP 43,000 and drug separation tools were also seized. The drugs were valued at around MOP 50,000 in total.
The involved Hong Kong man admitted to have been hired by a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate for a daily wage of HKD 1,500. He had sold a total of around 40 grams of cocaine for an illegal profit of around HKD 80,000 before his apprehension. All urine drug tests, done according to law and taken by the three arrestees, yielded positive results. The Judiciary Police transferred the three individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, improper possession of equipment or utensil, driving while intoxicated or driving under the influence of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, respectively.

Recebemos informações que indicavam que uma rede de tráfico de droga de Hong Kong tinha enviado dois indivíduos (um homem e uma mulher) da região vizinha para vender droga em Macau. Numa investigação aprofundada, conseguiu-se identificar as características físicas e a residência dos suspeitos.
Na noite de 23 de Abril de 2019, foram enviados alguns agentes para vigiar as proximidades do hotel sito no ZAPE onde alojavam. Nesta altura, descobriu-se que o suspeito saiu do hotel e entrou num carro para efectuar transacções de droga com um residente de Macau. Os nossos agentes detiveram os dois na altura mais oportuna. Foram apreendidos, nas suas posses, cerca de 5,97 gramas de cocaína, mais tarde, detivemos também a suspeita de Hong Kong no quarto alugado pelo detido, encontraram-se 8,87 gramas de cocaína, 1,89 gramas de heroína, dinheiro envolvido no tráfico equivalente a 43 mil patacas bem como instrumentos para dividir as doses. Toda a droga apreendida foi avaliada em cerca de 50 mil patacas.
O suspeito admitiu ter sido contratado por uma rede de Hong Kong com uma remuneração diária de 1.500 HKD, e de ter vendido cerca de 40 gramas de cocaína antes de ser detido, disse ter recebido cerca de 80 mil HKD. As três pessoas foram todas submetidas, nos termos da lei, aos testes a urina, cujos resultados confirmaram que tinham consumido droga. Os três detidos foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes, detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento, condução em estado de embriaguez ou sob influência de estupefacientes ou substâncias psicotrópicas.
