內地男子搶劫“換錢黨”被捕
2018年11月11日，一名內地女“換錢黨”接獲一名男子要求前往路氹城區某酒店房間兌換貨幣，當女事主進入房間後即被上述男子及三名同黨推倒在床上，以利刀指嚇及綑綁女事主後搶去其101,800港元現金；女事主自行鬆綁後通知酒店保安員報警求助。
本局接報調查後，迅速鎖定四名涉案內地男子，並查悉他們將作案利刀棄置於關閘廣場附近的花圃後逃回內地。直至2019年4月17日，本局在治安警察局協助下於關閘口岸截獲其中一名涉案男子，其承認伙同他人實施搶劫，並分得2.3萬港元贓款。本局以搶劫罪及禁用武器罪將涉案男子送交檢察院偵辦，並追緝在逃人士。
Mainland man arrested for robbing “money exchange gangster”
On 11th November 2018, a female “money exchange gangster” from mainland was requested by a man to meet in a Cotai hotel room for currency exchange. As soon as the female victim had entered the room, she was pushed to the bed by the aforesaid man and three accomplices, who threatened her with a sharp knife and tied her up before grabbing HKD101,800 in cash. The female victim later untied herself and notified the hotel security personnel for reporting to the police.
The Judiciary Police launched an investigation upon receipt of the report, swiftly identified the four involved mainland men, and found that they had fled to mainland after discarding the sharp knife for perpetration in the flower-bed near Praça das Portas do Cerco. On 17th April 2019, the Judiciary Police intercepted one of the involved men at the Portas do Cerco with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force, who confessed to have conspired with others to commit the robbery, and obtained a share of HKD23,000 of the crime proceeds. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of robbery and prohibited weapons, as well as pursuing the individuals at large.
Detido um homem do continente por roubo a um “grupo de troca de dinheiro”
No dia 11 de Novembro de 2018, uma mulher residente da China, que fazia parte dum “grupo de troca de dinheiro”, depois de ter recebido um pedido de um homem deslocou-se a um quarto de hotel do Cotai para trocar o dinheiro pretendido. Quando chegou ao quarto indicado, foi ameaçada pelo homem e três indivíduos com uma arma branca e foi empurrada para a cama onde foi atada, roubaram-lhe $101.800 HKD. Depois de ter conseguido libertar-se das cordas, foi pedir ajuda à segurança do hotel.
Recebida a denúncia iniciámos a investigação, durante a qual conseguimos identificar quatro homens residentes da China, foi encontrada a arma usada, que abandonaram no jardim junto da Praça das Portas do Cerco antes de deixar Macau. No dia 17 de Abril de 2019, foi detido, pelo CPSP, um dos envolvidos no posto das Portas do Cerco. O detido admitiu o crime com os cúmplices e disse ter obtido uma parte do dinheiro roubado, no valor de 23.000 HKD, foi presente ao MP acusado de crime de roubo e de uso de arma proibida. A PJ vai continuar à procura dos cúmplices.
