本澳男子涉加重盜竊被拘
2019年3月24日，本局接獲一名本澳男子報稱被人盜去放在汽車內的背包，損失財物約七萬澳門元，經調查後鎖定一名本澳男子涉案，並查悉涉案男子已於作案當日離開本澳。
涉案男子於2019年4月16日再次入境本澳，治安警察局協助將其截獲並轉交本局處理。涉案男子否認作案，但本局根據相關調查證據，以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Macao man arrested for involvement in aggravated theft
On 24th March 2019, the Judiciary Police received a report from a Macao man, who claimed that his backpack inside a car was stolen by somebody, causing him to suffer a loss of personal belongings of around MOP70,000. After investigation, a Macao man was identified to be involved in the case. It was also learnt that the involved man had left Macao on the day of perpetration.
On 16th April 2019, the involved man re-entered Macao. Aided by the Public Security Police Force, the involved man was intercepted and was transferred to the Judiciary Police for processing. The involved man denied to have committed the crime. Yet, based on related evidence from investigation, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem por furto qualificado
No dia 24 de Março de 2019, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de um homem de Macau dizendo que tinha sido furtada a sua mala colocada dentro do carro, num prejuízo de cerca de 70 mil patacas. Na investigação, foi identificado um homem local, que tinha saído de Macau no dia da ocorrência.
O indivíduo, ao entrar novamente em Macau no dia 16 de Abril de 2019, foi detido com a colaboração do CPSP e transferido depois para a PJ. O suspeito negou o crime, mas de acordo com as provas obtidas, foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
