本澳男子涉強姦被捕
2019年4月13日，治安警察局向本局轉交一宗強姦案，女事主報稱被分居丈夫強姦。調查發現，女事主與涉案男子於2018年11月分居，直至2019年4月12日，其應涉案男子要求返回住所取回個人物品，期間被涉案男子強姦。本局於接手調查當天在涉案男子工作地點將其尋獲，其否認犯案，但本局根據調查所得，以強姦罪將其移送檢察院處理。
Local man arrested for rape
The Public Security Police Force referred a case of rape to the Judiciary Police on 13th April 2019, in which the female victim reported of having been raped by her estranged husband. Investigation revealed that the female victim and the involved man had separated in November 2018. Upon the involved man’s request, she returned to his residence to fetch her personal belongings on 12th April 2019, during which she was raped by the involved man. On the day the Judiciary Police took up the investigation, the involved man was located at his workplace. Despite his denial of having committed the crime, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of rape based on the results of investigation.
Detido um homem de Macau por violação
Em 13 de Abril de 2019, a PJ recebeu um caso de violação transferido pelo CPSP, em que a vítima disse ter sido violada pelo marido. Na investigação, apurou-se que a vítima e o homem envolvido se separaram em Novembro de 2018, e que no dia 12 de Abril de 2019, a vítima, a pedido do homem, regressou à residência para tirar as suas pertenças e acabou por ser violada pelo marido. No dia em que a PJ foi informada e iniciou a investigação, a PJ encontrou, no seu local de trabalho, o suspeito que negou o crime. Mas segundo a investigação, o suspeito foi presente ao Ministério Público por violação.
