三男女涉販吸毒被捕

本局日前接獲情報，有香港販毒集團指派兩名香港男子來澳販毒，經深入調查後確定目標男子的身份及樣貌特徵。

2019年4月9日晚上，本局人員在新口岸區某酒店附近對該兩名涉案男子進行跟蹤監視，當兩人到達皇朝區某酒店時，一人在酒店門外把風，另一人則進入酒店房間與一名女子進行毒品交易。兩人及後離開酒店，本局人員隨即上前截查，分別在兩人身上及他們租住的酒店房間內搜獲9.48克約值三萬澳門元的可卡因、折合約2.6萬澳門元現金及毒品分拆工具。本局人員其後截獲上述毒品買家，並在其身上搜獲一張沾有毒品粉末的膠片。

兩名涉案男子承認於數日前開始替香港販毒集團來澳販毒，已協助販毒集團售出約15克可卡因；而上述毒品買家則承認購買毒品自用。本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將三名男女移送檢察院偵辦，並追查毒品來源。

3 persons arrested for involvement in drug trafficking and consumption

Having received intelligence earlier that a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate had instructed two Hong Kong men to sell drugs in Macao, the identities and facial features of the target men were identified after in-depth investigation.

On the night of 9th April 2019, the personnel of the Judiciary Police tracked and monitored the two target men at the vicinity of a hotel in the NAPE district. When the two arrived at a hotel in the Dynasty Plaza area, a man acted as a lookout, the other entered a hotel room dealing drug with a woman. The two later departed the hotel. The Judiciary Police immediately intercepted the two and found 9.48 grams of cocaine, which valued around MOP30,000, approximately MOP26,000 of cash after conversion and drug distributing tools on them and in the hotel room they rented. The personnel of the Judiciary Police later intercepted the buyer of the drug and found an acrylic film that was tainted with drug powder on him.

The two involved men confessed to have started dealing drugs for the Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate in Macao serveral days ago, and had sold about 15g of cocaine for the drug trafficking syndicate, while the drug buyer admitted to have bought the drugs for personal consumption. The Judiciary Police transferred the three to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while tracing thoroughly the origin of the drugs.

Detidos três indivíduos por tráfico e consumo de droga

Recebemos informações indicando que uma rede de tráfico de droga de Hong Kong teria enviado dois homens da região vizinha para verder droga em Macau, através de uma investigação meticulosa estes foram identificados. Na noite de 9 de Abril, os nossos agentes seguiram e vigiaram os supeitos nas proximidades de um hotel no ZAPE. Ao chegarem a um hotel no NAPE, um ficou à porta do estabelecimento a vigiar enquanto que o outro entrou no hotel para vender a droga a uma mulher. Concluída a transacção os homens saíram do hotel e os nossos agentes detiveram-nos de imediato. Nas suas posses e no quarto de hotel onde estavam hospedados foram encontrados 9,48 gramas de cocaína, que vale cerca de 30,000 patacas, o equivalente a cerca de 26,000 patacas em numerário e alguns utensílios para divisão das doses. Pouco depois a mulher foi detida também, na sua posse foi encontrada uma placa plástica com resíduos de droga.

Os dois detidos confessaram que foram recrutados, há dias, por uma rede de tráfico de droga de Hong Kong e venderam cerca de 15 gramas de cocaína, e a detida admitiu que a droga adquirida destinava-se a consumo próprio. Os três indivíduos foram presentes ao MP acusados de tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes, respectivamente, a PJ continua à procura da origem da droga apreendida.
