兩名內地男涉19宗巴士盜竊案被拘
本局於2019年1月至4月期間接獲多宗巴士盜竊案，經仔細調查串併分析後發其中19宗屬兩名涉案男子所為，涉案金額合共約23萬澳門元。
調查得悉，兩人以亞馬喇前地巴士站為起點，登上前往路氹城及新馬路區的巴士進行盜竊後隨即下車離去；本局還發現兩人於2018年分別因涉及多宗巴士盜竊及娛樂場盜竊案件被捕，被有關當局遞解出境及禁止進入本澳，兩人現時處於非法入境狀態。
4月8日下午，本局人員發現兩人於路氹城區登上一輛巴士，隨即展開跟蹤監視。該輛巴士駛至殷皇子馬路時突然停泊一旁，本局人員登車調查，一名女子報稱被兩人多次靠近及企圖盜竊，本局人員遂將兩人帶返警局。兩人否認犯案，但本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪及非法再入境罪將之移送檢察院處理，並追查兩人是否涉及近期同類案件。
Two mainland men arrested for involvement in 19 cases of theft on bus
The Judiciary Police received a number of reports of theft on bus from January to April 2019. After detailed investigation and combined analysis, it was found that 19 of those cases were perpetrated by two involved men. The involved amount was approximately MOP230,000 in total.
Investigation revealed that the two men used the Praça de Ferreira do Amaral bus stop as a starting point, and boarded buses heading to the Cotai and Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro district, then promptly exited the vehicle after perpetrating the theft. The Judiciary Police also found that the two individuals were respectively arrested in 2018 for involvement in a number of cases of theft on bus as well as theft in casino, and were thus deported and banned from entering Macao by the relevant authorities. The two men were considered illegal entrants at that time.
On the afternoon of April 8th, the Judiciary Police personnel found the two men boarding a bus at the Cotai Strip, and promptly conducted tracking and surveillance. The bus then abruptly stopped at the roadside at Avenida do Infante D. Henrique, and the Judiciary Police personnel boarded the bus for investigation. A woman reported that two men repeatedly approached her and attempted to steal from her, and so the two men were brought back to the Judiciary Police. The duo denied any wrongdoing, but based on the investigation, the Judiciary Police transferred them to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of aggravated theft and illegal re-entry, and continued to investigate whether they were involved in similar cases recently.
Detidos dois homens da China continental por envolvimento em 19 furtos em autocarro
Entre Janeiro e Abril de 2019, a PJ recebeu várias denúncias de furto em autocarro, após uma investigação detalhada e combinada, descobriu-se que dezanove destes casos foram efectuados por dois suspeitos, num montante total de cerca de 230.000 patacas.
Na investigação, foi verificado que os dois homens partiram da paragem de autocarro sito na Praça de Ferreira do Amaral, apanharam autocarros que se dirigiam ao Cotai e à zona da Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, saíram dos veículos logo depois ter praticado o furto. Apurou-se ainda que os dois, em 2018, foram detidos respectivamente por envolvimento em vários casos de furto em autocarro e em casino, foi executada a expulsão pela respectiva autoridade e ficaram interditos de entrar em Macau, estando os dois em situação de imigração ilegal.
À tarde de 8 de Abril, o nosso pessoal descobriu que os dois suspeitos subiram para um autocarro no Cotai, iniciou assim a perseguição e vigilância. O autocarro estacionou de repente no lado quando chegou à Avenida do Infante D. Henrique, os agentes entraram no autocarro para investigar, uma mulher disse ter sido aproximada várias vezes pelos dois suspeitos que tentavam furtar, os suspeitos foram então levados às instalações da PJ para averiguações. Os dois negaram o crime, mas segundo a investigação da PJ, foram presentes ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado e reentrada ilegal, estando a PJ a investigar se estes estão envolvidos noutros casos semelhantes acontecidos recentemente.
