內地女子涉盜竊被拘
2019年1月12日，內地男事主來澳旅遊期間，在某賭場結識涉案女子，二人於此後數天結伴耍樂，並於事主租住的酒店房間休息；1月17日，事主睡醒後發現涉案女子失去聯絡，經點算後發現6,000港元現金被竊，另外40,000元人民幣存款亦透過手機支付平台被轉走。
本局調查後鎖定涉案的內地女子，並查得其於案發後返回內地。2019年4月5日，本局透過治安警察局在關閘口岸將涉案女子截獲，其承認作案，贓款已全數花光。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland woman apprehended for theft
While the Mainland male victim was travelling in Macao, he got acquainted with the involved woman in a casino on 12th January 2019. The duo went out together for the next few days and rested in the hotel room rented by the victim. After the victim woke up on 17th January 2019, he found that the involved woman was out of contact and HKD6,000 of cash had been stolen after checking. In addition, RMB40,000 of deposit was transferred away via mobile payment platform.
The Judiciary Police identified the involved Mainland woman after investigation, and learned that she had returned to the Mainland after the perpetration. On 5th April 2019, the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved woman via the Public Security Police Force at the Border Gate checkpoint. She admitted the perpetration and had spent all the illicit proceeds. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detida uma mulher da China continental por furto
Em 12 de Janeiro de 2019, um homem da China continental conheceu uma mulher num casino durante a sua estádia em Macau, os dois divertiram-se ao longo dos dias seguintes e descansavam no quarto de hotel alugado pelo homem. No dia 17 de Janeiro, quando o homem acordou, deu pela falta da mulher e após a contagem, verificou que 6,000 HKD em dinheiro tinham sido furtados, e outros 40.000 RMB tinham sido transferidos através duma plataforma de pagamento de telemóvel.
Na investigação, a PJ conseguiu identificar a mulher envolvida e verificou que esta já tinha regressado à China após a ocorrência. No dia 5 de Abril de 2019 foi interceptada nas Portas do Cerco com a ajuda do CPSP, a mesma confessou ter praticado o crime e disse ter gasto todo o dinheiro furtado. A detida foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
