本澳男子涉強姦被拘
2019年3月19日，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗強姦案，案中女事主與涉案男子為同學關係。半年前涉案男子曾追求女事主不果，於2019年3月17日晚上，其藉協助女事主母親搬運物品而造訪女事主住所，期間再向女事主表白並遭拒絕，其突然情緒失控將女事主強姦。至3月19日，女事主將事件告知父親並報警求助，同時得悉涉案男子因患病留院治療；本局查明案情後，於3月20日涉案男子出院後將其拘捕，以強姦罪移送檢察院處理。
Macao man arrested for involvement in rape
On 19th March 2019, the Judiciary Police received a rape case referred by the Public Security Police Force. Both the female victim and the involved man in the case were classmates. Half a year ago, the involved man had courted the female victim, but to no avail. On the night of 17th March 2019, on the pretext of assisting the female victim’s mother to carry goods, the involved man visited the residence of the female victim. During the course, he professed his love for the female victim again but was rejected. Suddenly, he lost control of his emotions and raped the female victim. Until March 19th, the female victim revealed the incident to her father and reported the case to the police for assistance. At the same time, it was learnt that the involved man was hospitalized for treatment due to illness. After investigating the details of the case, on March 20th, the Judiciary Police arrested the involved man after he was discharged from the hospital, and he was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of rape.
Homem de Macau detido por violação
No dia 19 de Março de 2019, o CPSP transferiu para a PJ um caso de violação, no qual a rapariga e o rapaz são estudantes. Há seis meses, o jovem namorou com a vítima mas foi rejeitado, na noite de 17 de Março de 2019, a pretexto de ajudar a mãe dela para transportar objectos, chegou ao seu apartamento, confessou-lhe o amor mas foi recusado novamente, de repente perdeu o controlo e violou-a. No dia 19, a rapariga falou do sucedido ao pai, o qual pediu a intervenção da polícia, enquanto o rapaz estava internado no hospital. Apurados os factos, o mesmo foi detido no dia 20 depois de ter deixado o hospital e foi presente ao MP por violação.
