本澳男子涉家暴被拘
2019年3月19日下午，路環石排灣一住宅單位發生家庭暴力案件，女事主在房間睡覺時，被丈夫訓斥兒子的聲音吵醒，其上前勸阻而觸怒丈夫，對方襲擊女事主的頭部、腹部及扼住其喉嚨，更取出電話充電線作出威嚇，兒子遂向治安警察局求助，治安警察局到場將三人帶返警局，其後將案件轉交本局跟進。
經法醫鑑定，事主臉部、頸部、上腹及上肢多處受傷；涉案男子承認犯罪，本局根據調查證據，於3月20日將其拘捕，以家庭暴力罪移送檢察院處理。
Macao man apprehended for involvement in domestic violence
On the afternoon of 19th March 2019, a case of domestic violence occurred inside a residential unit located at the Seac Pai Van, Coloane. The female victim, sleeping inside her bedroom, was woken up by the noise of her husband who was scolding their son. She then approached to dissuade her husband, which annoyed him. The husband attacked the female victim’s head, abdomen and tightly grasped her throat. H even took out a phone charging wire to threaten the victim. The son therefore called for help from the Public Security Police Force. Upon their arrival, the three persons were taken back to the police station and the case was later transferred to the Judiciary Police for follow-up.
Forensic examination identified various wounds on the victim’s face, neck, upper abdomen and upper limbs. The involved man confessed to his perpetration. Based on the investigative evidence of the Judiciary Police, the involved man was apprehended on March 20th, and transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of domestic violence.
Detido um homem por violência doméstica
Na tarde de 19 de Março de 2019, ocorreu um caso de violência doméstica num apartamento em Seac Pai Van em Coloane, no qual resulta que quando a mulher estava a dormir no quarto, foi acordada pelo marido que estava a repreender o filho, assim, esta pediu-lhe para não o repreender, o que fez com que o marido se zangasse, atacasse a mulher na cabeça e abdómen, apertasse o seu pescoço e a ameaçasse com um cabo de carregamento de telemóvel. O filho acabou por chamar a polícia. Os agentes do CPSP foram ao local e levaram os três indivíduos para a esquadra. O caso foi depois transferido para a PJ.
Após efectuada uma perícia médico-legal, verificou-se que a vítima tinha sofrido vários ferimentos na face, pescoço, epigástrio e membros superiores. O homem confessou o crime. De acordo com as provas obtidas, este foi detido no dia 20 de Março de 2019, e foi presente ao MP por violência doméstica.
