內地男子涉多宗巴士盜竊案被拘
本局於2019年1月至2月接獲多宗巴士盜竊案，經仔細調查及串併分析後發現其中八宗案件屬同一扒竊團伙所為，包括：
2019年1月26日傍晚，事主從提督馬路登上巴士，期間發現其斜揹袋內的錢包被盜，損失約18,000澳門元。
2019年2月9中午，事主從氹仔銀河酒店乘坐巴士到殷皇子大馬路時，發現其背包內的錢包被盜，損失約650澳門元。
2019年2月12日上午，事主從關閘巴士總站乘坐巴士到亞馬喇前地，下車時發現手袋內的錢包被盜，損失約4,000澳門元。
2019年2月13日中午，事主在提督馬路乘坐巴士到亞馬喇前地時，發現手袋內的現金被盜，損失約2,100澳門元。
2019年2月17日中午，事主在三角花園乘坐巴士到河邊新街，下車後發現手提包內的錢包被盜，損失約2,800澳門元。
2019年2月17日下午，事主在氹仔南新花園乘坐巴士到亞馬喇前地，下車時發現其手袋內的現金被盜，損失11,000澳門元。
2019年2月19日下午，事主在亞馬喇前地乘坐巴士到路環石排灣，下車時發現其背包內的錢包被盜，損失約1,500澳門元。
2019年2月25日下午，事主在殷皇子馬路乘坐巴士到路氹城區金沙城中心，下車時發現其手袋內的錢包被盜，損失約1,700澳門元。
調查發現，涉案犯罪團伙包括三名內地男子，其中一人在巴士車廂內扒竊乘客，其他人則掩護負責扒竊的同伙。2019年3月14日，其中一名涉案男子再次入境本澳，本局在治安警察局協助下將其截獲，以加重盜竊罪移送檢察院處理，並深入調查其是否涉及更多同類案件，以及追緝其餘在逃人士。
Mainland Chinese man arrested for multiple thefts on the bus
The Judiciary Police received multiple cases of thefts on the bus between January and February 2019. Rigorous investigation and parallel analysis revealed that eight of the cases had been committed by the same pickpocket syndicate:
On the evening of 26th January 2019, the victim boarded a bus in Avenida do Almirante Lacerda. Finding out that the wallet in his cross-body bag had been stolen during the ride, he suffered a loss of around MOP 18,000.
At midday on 9th February 2019, while riding a bus from Galaxy Hotel, Taipa to Avenida do Infante D. Henrique, the victim found that the wallet in his backpack had been stolen, suffering a loss of around MOP 650.
On the morning of 12th February 2019, the victim took a bus ride from the Portas do Cerco Terminal to Praça de Ferreira do Amaral. Finding out that the wallet in his handbag had been stolen as he alighted from the bus, he suffered a loss of around MOP 4,000.
At midday on 13th February 2019, during his bus ride from Avenida do Almirante Lacerda to Praça de Ferreira do Amaral, the victim found that the cash in his handbag had been stolen. He suffered a loss of around MOP 2,100.
At midday on 17th February 2019, the victim took a bus ride from
Jardim Triangular to Rua do Almirante Sérgio. Finding out that the wallet in his handbag had been stolen as he alighted from the bus, he suffered a loss of around MOP 2,800.
On the afternoon of 17th February 2019, the victim took a bus ride from Nam San Building, Taipa to Praça de Ferreira do Amaral. Finding out that the cash in his handbag had been stolen as he alighted from the bus, he suffered a loss of around MOP 11,000.
On the afternoon of 19th February 2019, the victim took a bus ride from Praça de Ferreira do Amaral to Seac Pai Van, Coloane. Finding out that the wallet in his backpack had been stolen as he alighted from the bus, he suffered a loss of around MOP 1,500.
On the afternoon of 25th February 2019, the victim took a bus ride from Avenida do Infante D. Henrique to Sands Cotai Central. Finding out that the wallet in his handbag had been stolen as he alighted from the bus, he suffered a loss of around MOP 1,700.
Investigation revealed that the involved criminal syndicate comprised three mainland Chinese men, one of whom was responsible for pickpocketing from passengers in the bus compartment, while the others would cover up for the pickpocketing accomplice. Having intercepted one of the involved men, with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force, as he entered Macao again on 14th March 2019, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft, while further investigating whether he was involved in other similar cases and pursuing the other individuals at large.
Detido 1 homem da China continental por envolvimento em vários furtos em autocarro
Entre Janeiro e Fevereiro de 2019, a PJ recebeu vários casos de furto em autocarro, após uma investigação detalhada e combinada, descobriu-se que oito destes foram efectuados por um mesmo grupo, nomeadamente:
Na noite de 26 de Janeiro de 2019, a vítima subiu para o autocarro na Avenida do Almirante Lacerda, enquanto estava no autocarro, descobriu que a carteira que estava na sua mala lateral tinha sido furtada, num prejuízo de cerca de 18 mil patacas.
Ao meio dia de 9 de Fevereiro de 2019, quando a vítima apanhou um autocarro que partia do Hotel Galáxi na Taipa para ir à Avenida do Infante D. Henrique, descobriu que a carteira na sua mochila foi furtada, num prejuízo que ronda as 650 patacas.
Na manhã de 12 de Fevereiro de 2019, a vítima subiu para um autocarro no Terminal de Autocarros das Portas do Cerco para ir à Praça de Ferreira do Amaral, ao sair do autocarro, deu conta que a carteira na mala tinha sido furtada, o prejuízo sofrido foi de cerca de 4000 patacas.
Ao meio dia de 13 de Fevereiro de 2019, quando a vítima chegou à Praça de Ferreira do Amaral num autocarro que apanhou na Avenida do Almirante Lacerda, detectou que tinha sido furtado o dinheiro da mala, sofrendo um prejuízo que ronda as 2100 patacas.
Ao meio dia de 17 de Fevereiro de 2019, a vítima subiu para um autocarro no Jardim Triangular rumando à Rua do Almirante Sérgio, depois de sair do autocarro descobriu que a carteira na mala tinha sido subtraída, o prejuízo sofrido foi de cerca de 2800 patacas.
À tarde de 17 de Fevereiro de 2019, a vítima apanhou um autocarro no Edifício Nam San na Taipa para ir à Praça de Ferreira do Amaral, ao descer do autocarro descobriu que o dinheiro da mala tinha sido furtado, sofrendo um prejuízo de 11000 patacas.
À tarde de 19 de Fevereiro de 2019, a vítima apanhou um autocarro na Praça de Ferreira do Amaral para chegar a Seac Pai Van, Coloane, ao sair do autocarro, deu conta que a carteira que estava na sua mochila tinha sido furtada, o prejuízo sofrido foi de cerca de 1500 patacas.
À tarde de 25 de Fevereiro de 2019, a vítima subiu para um autocarro na Avenida do Infante D. Henrique rumando ao Sands Cotai Central, ao sair do autocarro detectou que a carteira na sua mala tinha sido subtraída, sofrendo um prejuízo que ronda as 1700 patacas.
Apurou-se que o grupo criminoso era composto de três homens da China continental, um elemento era responsável por executar o furto no autocarro, enquanto que os outros o encobriam na sua actuação. Em 14 de Março de 2019, a PJ, com a colaboração do CPSP, interceptou um dos suspeitos que entrava em Macau de novo, este foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado. A PJ continua uma investigação aprofundada para saber se o mesmo estará envolvido em mais casos semelhantes, e à procura dos outros cúmplices em fuga.
