三名內地男女涉“寶藥黨”詐騙就逮
一名老婦在黑沙環區某屋苑休憩區被兩名內地女子遊說購買一種聲稱能醫百病的“寶藥”，每包售價1,500澳門元，女事主以1,000澳門元、一隻金手鐲及一枚金戒指購入四包；事後，女事主懷疑受騙，遂於2019年1月22日向本局報案求助。
本局對上述藥材進行初步鑑定，證實只為廉價花旗蔘，每包約值50澳門元，並迅速查明兩名涉案女子及一名負責把風的涉案男子的身份。2019年3月13日，上述三名涉案人一同經關閘再次進入本澳時，治安警察局協助將三人截獲及轉交本局跟進調查；本局在三人身上搜獲1,200多克同款藥材，倘行騙得逞估計不法利益高達38萬澳門元。鑑於有強烈跡象顯示三名涉案人以犯罪集團形式來澳犯案，本局以犯罪集團罪及詐騙罪將其移送檢察院處理。

While in the recreation area of a housing estate in the Areia Preta district, an elderly woman was convinced by two mainland women to purchase a “tonic” that was claimed to cure all ills at MOP1,500 per package. The female victim bought four packages with MOP1,000, a gold bracelet and a gold ring. Suspected of being defrauded afterwards, the female victim thus reported to the Judiciary Police for assistance on 22nd January 2019.
Having conducted preliminary verification on the above medicinal materials, the Judiciary Police confirmed that those were merely inexpensive American ginseng with an approximate value of MOP50 for each package, while the two involved women and a man who acted as a lookout were also swiftly identified. On 13th March 2019, the three aforesaid involved individuals were intercepted with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force upon their re-entry to Macao via the Border Gate at the same time, and were subsequently handed over to the Judiciary Police for follow-up investigation. More than 1,200 grams of medicinal materials of the same type were found on the trio. It was estimated that the illicit profits could reach as much as MOP380,000 if their fraudulent attempts were to succeed. Due to compelling indications showing that the three involved persons had committed crime in the form of organized syndicate in Macao, the Judiciary Police transferred them to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of criminal syndicate and fraud.

Uma mulher idosa foi abordada, numa zona de lazer dum conjunto habitacional da Areia Preta, por duas mulheres, do continente, que diziam ter para vender, uma “medicina valiosa” que curaria várias doenças, ao preço de 1.500 patacas por pacote. A idosa pagou 1.000 patacas e deu um bracelete de oiro e um anel também de oiro por quatro pacotes. Só depois desconfiou ter sido vítima de uma burla e fez quixa na PJ no dia 22 de Janeiro de 2019.
Após um exame preliminar daqueles produtos adquiridos, verificou-se que afinal eram ginseng barato e cada pacote valia apenas aproximadamente 50 pacatas. Iniciou-se assim a investigação para identificar os envolvidos, duas mulheres e um homem encarregue de vigiar. No dia 13 de Março de 2019, quando os três suspeitos entravam em Macau pelo posto das Portas do Cerco foram, com a ajuda da PSP, interceptados e posteriormente encaminhados para PJ. Na posse dessas três pessoas foram apreendidos 1.200 gramas do mesmo produto. Estima-se que ganhariam 380 mil patacas se conseguissem vendê-los com sucesso. Por existir fortes indícios do cometimento do crime, em forma de associação criminosa, foram presentes ao MP acusados de crimes de associação criminosa e de burla.
