內地男涉巴士盜竊被捕
近月本局先後接獲多宗發生巴士盜竊案，經綜合分析發現2019年1月及2月的兩宗巴士盜竊案的作案者為同一人，兩案的涉案金額合共18,600澳門元。本局人員鎖定涉案內地男子的身份，於3月12日在新口岸區將其截獲，同時查證其為非法再入境人士。
涉案男子否認犯罪，供稱於3月上旬從內地偷渡來澳賭博，但本局根據調查證據，以加重盜竊罪及非法再入境罪將之移送檢察院偵辦，並深入調查其是否涉及更多同類案件。
Mainland man arrested for involvement in theft on bus
The Judiciary Police received several complaints of theft on bus successively in the recent months. Integrated analyses revealed that the perpetrator of the two theft cases on bus in January and February 2019 was the same person, involving a total of MOP18,600. The Judiciary Police officers identified the involved mainland man, and intercepted him at the ZAPE district on March 12th. It was also verified that he was an illegal re-entrant.
The involved man denied the perpetration, yet confessed to have sneaked into Macao for gambling in early March. Nevertheless, based on the evidence from our investigation, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of aggravated theft and illegal re-entry, whilst conducting in-depth investigation to find out if he was involved in more cases of similar nature.
Detido um homem da China continental por furto em autocarros
Nos últimos meses, a PJ recebeu várias queixas de furto que ocorreram em autocarros. Na análise combinada, descobriu-se que dois destes furtos acontecidos em Janeiro e Fevereiro tinham sido praticados por um mesmo indivíduo, num valor total envolvido de 18.600 patacas. A PJ conseguiu identificar o suspeito, um homem da China continental, que foi detido no dia 12 de Março no NAPE, apurou ainda que este tinha voltado ilegalmente em Macau naquele período.
O homem negou o crime e alegou que tinha entrado ilegalmente no território só no início de Março. Entretanto, o detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado e reentrada ilegal, de acordo com as provas recolhidas, a PJ continua a investigar se o mesmo ainda estará envolvido noutros casos deste género.
