兩名男子涉販毒被捕
本局接獲情報指有香港販毒集團指派一名男子在本澳新口岸區向活躍夜場人士販賣可卡因，經調查後鎖定涉案男子的樣貌特徵及在澳住處。
2019年3月5日深夜，本局人員在涉案男子租住的酒店外進行監視，至6日凌晨發現涉案男子離開酒店前往沙梨頭海邊馬路，再登上一輛汽車與一名男子進行毒品交易，本局人員隨即上前截查，在二人身上及涉案男子租住酒店共搜獲28.75克可卡因和0.9克海洛因，約值10萬澳門元。
涉案男子承認自2019年1月開始受僱於香港販毒集團來澳販毒，至今獲酬約六萬港元，相關毒品則由同黨偷運來澳；另一名被捕男子承認向涉案男子購買毒品自用。
本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪將涉案男子移交檢察院處理。
Two men apprehended for involvement in drug trafficking
The Judiciary Police received intelligence indicating that a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate had instructed a man to sell cocaine to frequent night club patrons in the ZAPE area of Macao. After investigation, the involved man’s facial features as well as his Macao residence were identified.
Late at night on 5th March 2019, the Judiciary Police personnel conducted surveillance outside the hotel where the involved man had rented for accommodation. During the wee hours of the 6th, the involved man was found leaving the hotel and heading towards Avenida Marginal do Patane. Then he entered a vehicle and conducted drug deal with another man. The Judiciary Police promptly approached and performed a search. 28.75 grams of cocaine and 0.9 grams of heroin, worth approximately MOP100,000, were seized from the two men and from the hotel room rented by the involved person.
The involved man confessed that he had been hired by a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate to traffic drugs in Macao since January 2019, and had been paid approximately HKD60,000 during the period. The relevant drugs were smuggled into Macao by his accomplices. The other arrested man confessed to buying drugs from the involved man for self-consumption.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and improper possession of utensils or equipment.
Detidos dois homens por tráfico de estupefacientes
A PJ recebeu informações indicando que uma rede de tráfico de drogas de Hong Kong tinha mandado um homem para vender cocaína aos frequentadores dos estabelecimentos nocturnos do NAPE. Na investigação, conseguiu-se identificar e localizar o suspeito.
Na noite de 5 de Março de 2019, os nossos agentes começaram a vigilância fora do hotel onde o homem pernoitava, na madrugada de 6 de Março, viram sair o suspeito do hotel que se dirigiu à Avenida Marginal do Patane, depois apanhou um táxi para vender a droga a um outro indivíduo, os nosso agentes detiveram-nos de imediato, foram apreendidos, nas suas posses e no quarto do hotel, no total 28,75 gramas de cocaína e 0.9 gramas de heroína, num valor de cerca de 10.000 patacas.
Um dos detidos confessou que foi recrutado por uma rede de Hong Kong em Janeiro de 2019 para vender droga em Macau, tinha recebido 60.000HKD como recompensa, o mesmo admitiu ainda que a droga em questão tinha sido trazida para Macau por um cúmplice. O outro detido, por sua vez, afirmou que a droga era para seu uso próprio e a tinha comprado do outro detido.
Os dois foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo ilícito de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas, e detenção de utensílio.
