三名內地男子涉多宗巴士盜竊被拘
本局於2018年11月至2019年2月接獲多宗巴士盜竊案，經仔細調查及進行串併分析後，發現其中六宗案件屬同一扒竊團伙所為，這些案件包括：
2018年11月2日下午，事主從外港碼頭乘坐巴士，下車後發現背包內的錢包被竊，信用卡被盜用消費，合共損失2.6萬澳門元。
2018年11月2日晚上，事主從氹仔百利寶花園巴士站乘坐巴士，下車後發現其手袋內的手機被盜，損失六千澳門元。
2018年12月20日中午，事主在外港碼頭巴士站候車期間，被人盜取手袋內的錢包，信用卡被盜用消費，合共損失1.3萬澳門元。
2018年12月22日中午，事主在新馬路乘坐巴士期間，被人盜取衣袋內的錢包，信用卡被盜用消費，合共損失3.8萬澳門元。
2019年1月12日中午，事主在路氹城區乘坐巴士期間，被人盜取手袋內的錢包，損失財物合共1.1萬澳門元。
2019年2月22日晚上，事主在高士德乘坐巴士期間被人盜取手提包，內有現金、證件及信用卡等財物。
涉案犯罪團伙分工仔細，涉案人等已於案發後潛逃內地，六宗案件的涉案金額共約10.2萬澳門元。
2019年2月19日，其中三名涉案男子再次入境本澳，本局隨即進行跟蹤監視，並於2月24日三人離境時，在治安警察局協助下將三人截獲，並在其中兩人身上搜獲其中一名事主的財物及五部懷疑盜竊得來之手機。本局以加重盜竊罪及濫用信用卡罪將三名涉案男子移送檢察院處理，並繼續追緝在逃人士。
3 mainland men apprehended for involvement in a number of thefts on buses
The Judiciary Police received a number of reports of theft on bus from November 2018 to February 2019. After detailed investigation and conducting combined analysis, it was found that six of those cases were committed by the same pickpocketing gang. These cases include:
On the afternoon of 2nd November 2018, the victim boarded a bus at the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. After getting off, the victim found a wallet inside a backpack stolen. A credit card was misappropriated to make purchases, incurring a loss which totaled MOP26,000 to the victim.
On the evening of 2nd November 2018, the victim boarded a bus at the Treasure Garden Bus Stop in Taipa. After getting off, the victim found a mobile phone inside a handbag stolen. The victim suffered a loss of MOP 6,000.
On 20th December 2018, at noon time, while the victim was waiting for a bus at the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, the victim’s wallet inside a handbag was stolen. A credit card was misappropriated to make purchases, incurring a loss which totaled MOP13,000 to the victim.
On 22nd December 2018, at noon time, while the victim was riding a bus at Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, the victim’s wallet inside a pocket was stolen. A credit card was misappropriated to make purchases, incurring a loss which totaled MOP38,000.
On 12th January 2019, at noon time, while the victim was riding a bus at the Cotai area, the victim’s wallet inside a handbag was stolen. The victim lost valuables worth MOP11,000 in total.
On the evening of 22nd February 2019, while the victim was riding a bus at Horta e Costa, the victim’s handbag containing valuables such as cash, identification documents and credit cards was stolen.
The involved gang had detailed division of labour. The involved individuals had fled to the mainland after the perpetrations. The total involved amount of the six cases was approximately MOP102,000.
On 19th February 2019, three of the involved men re-entered Macao. The Judiciary Police promptly conducted tracking and surveillance. On February 24th, under the assistance of the Public Security Police Force, the three men were intercepted while they were departing Macao. In addition, valuables belonging to one of the victims and five suspected stolen mobile phones were seized from two of the men. The Judiciary Police transferred the three involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offenses of aggravated theft and credit card abuse, and continues to pursue the individuals at large.
Detidos três homens da China continental por vários furtos em autocarros
Entre Novembro de 2018 e Fevereiro de 2019, a PJ recebeu várias denúncias de furtos ocorridos em autocarros, na investigação e análise combinada, apurou-se que seis destes furtos tinham sido praticados pelo mesmo grupo criminoso:
Na tarde de 2 de Novembro de 2018, uma vítima apanhou um autocarro, na paragem do Terminal Marítimo do Porto Exterior de Macau, quando saiu do veículo descobriu que a carteira que estava na mochila tinha sido furtada e o seu cartão de crédito tinha sido usado também, num prejuízo total de cerca de 26.000 patacas.
Na noite de 2 de Novembro de 2018, outra vítima apanhou, na paragem “Treasure Garden” da Taipa, um autocarro, quando saiu do veículo descobriu que o seu telemóvel que estava na mala tinha sido furtado, o prejuízo foi de 6.000 patacas.
Ao meio-dia de 20 de Dezembro de 2018, outra pessoa, estava à espera do autocarro na paragem do Terminal Marítimo do Porto Exterior de Macau, a carteira na mala foi furtada e o cartão de crédito também foi usado, num prejuízo total de cerca de 13.000 patacas.
Ao meio-dia de 22 de Dezembro de 2018, outra vítima, durante o trajecto de autocarro na Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, a sua carteira que estava no bolso de vestido foi furtado e o cartão de crédito também foi usado, num prejuízo total de cerca de 38.000 patacas.
Ao meio-dia de 12 de Janeiro de 2019, outra pessoa, quando apanhou um autocarro no Cotai, a sua carteira que estava na mala foi furtada, o prejuízo total dos pertences perdidos foi de cerca de 11.000 patacas.
Na noite de 22 de Fevereiro de 2019, outra vítima, durante a viagem de autocarro, a sua mala que continha dinheiro, documentos de identificação, cartões de crédito e outros pertences foi furtada.
Esta rede criminosa dividia tarefas de forma cuidadosa, os suspeitos fugiram para a China continental após os factos, os valores furtado nestes seis casos foram aproximadamente de 102.000 patacas.
No dia 19 de Fevereiro de 2019, três deles entraram no território, a PJ iniciou assim a perseguição e vigilância de imediato. Em 24 de Fevereiro, os três, quando saíram de Macau, foram interceptados, com a ajuda do CPSP, foram encontrados na posse dos dois homens os pertences de uma vítima e cinco telemóveis que supostamente eram furtados. Os três detidos foram presentes ao MP por furto qualificado e abuso de cartão de crédito, estando a PJ à procura dos fugitivos.
