男子涉加重盜竊被拘
2019年2月14日，中區某工藝品店向本局報稱，於2月9日發現店舖有被搜掠痕跡，誤以為家貓所為；至2月14日再發現有現金被盜，才醒覺被人盜竊，合共損失5,000澳門元現金及數件共值200澳門元的工藝品。
本局調查後發現，兩宗案件均為同一名男子所為，並查得該男子作案後返回氹仔某屋苑。2019年2月21日，本局人員在上述屋苑外將涉案男子截獲，又搜出其作案時所穿的衣服及起回四件工藝品。
涉案男子承認因發現店舖未有鎖好窗戶，遂先後兩次潛入盜竊，所得贓款已於賭博中輸清。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Man arrested for aggravated theft
On 14th February 2019, the person in charge of a craft shop in Central district reported to the Judiciary Police that they had mistaken the traces of the shop being ransacked for the behaviour of a house cat on February 9th. It was not until February 14th, when cash was found to have been stolen again that they realized the shop was burgled. The total loss incurred was MOP 5,000 in cash and several craft articles worth a total of MOP 200.
Investigation revealed that the two cases were committed by the same man, who returned to a housing estate in Taipa after committing the crime. On 21st February 2019, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved man outside the aforesaid housing estate. In addition, the clothes worn while committing the crime were found and four of the craft articles were retrieved.
The involved man admitted that he had burgled the shop twice successively as he found that the windows of the shop were not securely locked, and the money stolen had already been gambled away. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem por furto qualificado
Em 14 de Fevereiro de 2019, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de uma loja de artefactos na zona central, dizendo que descobriu, em 9 de Fevereiro, que alguém tinha vasculhado a loja, mas pensava que era o seu próprio gato, e que em 14 de Fevereiro, descobriu um outro furto de dinheiro, altura essa que se apercebeu de se tratar de um furto, que deixou um prejuízo de 5.000 patacas e de várias peças de artesanato no valor total de 200 patacas.
Na investigação, apurou-se que estes dois furtos tinham sido de autoria de um único homem, e que este voltou a um complexo habitacional na Taipa após o crime. No dia 21 de Fevereiro de 2019, os nossos agentes detiveram, no referido complexo, o suspeito, apreenderam a roupa que levava na actuação e conseguiram recuperar quatro peças furtadas.
O detido admitiu que tinha entrado, por duas ocasiões, na loja para actuar por saber que as janelas da loja não estavam devidamente trancadas, e que tinha perdido todo o dinheiro obtido no furto ao jogo. Foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
