內地男子涉加重盜竊被捕
2019年2月6日，本局接報內地男事主稱於2月2日來澳賭博，在路氹城區某賭場認識涉案內地男子，並於隨後數天一同賭博及作息；2月6日早上，二人賭博後返回房間休息，事主於下午醒來時，發現6.5萬港元籌碼被盜，涉案男子亦不知所終。
本局調查後鎖定涉案男子的身份，並查悉其逾期逗留，遂通報治安警察局協助；至2月12日，治安警員於新口岸區將其截獲，並轉交本局處理。
涉案男子承認作案，贓款已全數輸清。本局以加重盜竊以及非法逗留者實施的犯罪等兩罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for aggravated theft
On 6th February 2019, the Judiciary Police received a report from the mainland male victim claiming that he had come to Macao for gambling on February 2nd, and became acquainted with the involved mainland man in a casino located at the Cotai area. Subsequently, they gambled and rested together over the following few days. On the morning of February 6th, the duo returned to their room to rest after gambling. The victim woke up in the afternoon, only to find that chips worth of HKD65,000 had been stolen and the involved man also disappeared.
After conducting investigation, the Judiciary Police identified the involved man, who was also found to have overstayed. The Public Security Police Force was therefore notified for assistance. Until February 12th, the man was intercepted in the NAPE area by the Public Security Police officers and was transferred to the Judiciary Police for handling.
The involved man confessed to his perpetration of the crime and had gambled away all the stolen money. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of aggravated theft and crime committed by illegal stayer.
Detido um homem da China continental por furto qualificado
Em 6 de Fevereiro de 2019, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de um indivíduo da China continental, indicando que este veio a Macau para jogar no dia 2 de Fevereiro, e que conheceu um homem também da RPC num casino do Cotai, e nos dias subsequentes os dois jogaram e descansaram juntos. Na manha de 6 de Fevereiro, voltaram ao quarto após o jogo, mas quando a vítima acordou à tarde, descobriu que foram-lhe furtadas fichas no valor de 65.000 HK$, nem soube mais daquele homem.
Na investigação, conseguiu-se identificar o indivíduo e apurou-se que estava com o prazo do visto caducado, assim comunicou-se o caso à PSP para pedir a colaboração. Em 12 de Fevereiro, os agentes da PSP detiveram-no na zona do NAPE e transferiram-no para a PJ.
O detido confessou o crime e disse que todo o dinheiro furtado tinha sido perdido ao jogo. Foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado e crimes cometidos por indivíduos em situação de imigração ilegal.
