內地男子冒警搶劫被捕
2019年2月12日，一名內地男子向治安警察局報稱在路氹城區某酒店房間遭三名“換錢黨”搶劫，治安警察局隨後將案件轉交本局跟進。
本局調查後發現該名內地男子的陳述與事實不符。上述男子於當日傍晚在路氹城區某娛樂場向一名內地女“換錢黨”提出將12萬港元兌換成人民幣，並相約在上述酒店房間進行交易；該名女“換錢黨”聯同一男一女帶同現金到達房間時，內地男子突然自稱司法警察，並企圖搶走款項，期間雙方發生打鬥，最終三名“換錢黨”奪回款項，並離開房間會合另一名男子。上述內地男子見事敗，反而向酒店保安員訛稱被人搶劫，保安員在酒店內將四人截獲及報警求助。
本局人員在涉案男子身上搜獲一個假造的警員證，其承認因賭敗而冒警搶劫，本局以搶劫、職務之僭越及誣告等三罪將其送交檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for impersonation of police officer and robbery
On 12th February 2019, one mainland man reported to the Public Security Police Force that he had been robbed by three “money exchange gangsters” inside a hotel room in the Cotai district. Subsequently, the Public Security Police Force transferred the case to the Judiciary Police for follow-up.
After investigation, the Judiciary Police found that what the mainland man stated was factually incorrect. On that evening, at a casino in the Cotai district, the aforesaid man proposed the idea to one mainland female “money exchange gangster” of exchanging HKD120,000 into Renminbi, and agreed to meet at the abovementioned hotel room to carry out the transaction. When that female “money exchange gangster”, together with one man and one woman, arrived at the room with the cash, the mainland man suddenly claimed that he was an officer of the Judiciary Police, and attempted to snatch the money. During the course, a scuffle broke out between the two parties. Eventually, the three “money exchange gangsters” got back the money, and left the room to meet another man. Having failed to carry out his scam, the aforementioned mainland man falsely claimed to the security guard of the hotel that he had been robbed instead. The security guard intercepted the quartet inside the hotel and reported to the police for assistance.
Personnel of the Judiciary Police found a counterfeit police ID card from the involved man, who confessed to have impersonated police officer and committed robbery due to his gambling losses. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the three offences of robbery, usurpation of duty and false accusation.

No dia 12 de Fevereiro de 2019, um homem do continente fez uma queixa ao CPSP, dizendo que tinha sido roubado por três indivíduos que faziam troca de dinheiro, num quarto de um hotel do Cotai, assim o caso foi encaminhado para a PJ.
Na investigação verificou-se que aquilo que o homem declarava em nada correspondia à verdade. Na noite do incidente, num casino do Cotai, o homem disse a uma mulher da RPC que fazia troca dinheiro, que pretendia trocar 120 mil HK$ em RMB, e combinou que a transacção fosse feita naquele quarto de hotel, a mulher chegou no local combinado com um casal e o montante em numerário, de repente, aquele homem disse ser agente da PJ e tentou ficar com o dinheiro, começou uma briga, os três indivíduos conseguiram ficar com o dinheiro, abandonaram o local para encontrar um outro homem. Como não conseguiu com este sistema, o homem fez a queixa alegando junto da segurança do hotel que tinha sido roubado, pouco depois, a segurança encontrou os quatro indivíduos e pediu a intervenção da polícia.
Na posse do detido foi encontrado um cartão falso de polícia, admitiu que tinha perdido tudo no jogo e acabou por se fazer passar por polícia para recuperá-lo. O homem foi presente ao MP por roubo, usurpação de funções e denúncia caluniosa.
