兩本澳男子涉冒警勒索被捕
本局於2019年2月5日對治安警察局轉交的一宗職務之僭越及販毒案進行調查，發現一名香港男子來澳販毒期間，在酒店內被兩名假冒司法警察的男子勒索23,000澳門元及取去三克可卡因，本局遂以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物逮捕該名香港男子。
其後，本局繼續深入調查案件，成功鎖定兩名冒充警察的本澳男子，並於2019年2月12日分別於氹仔區及中區將二人截獲。二人均承認有吸毒習慣，在過去三個月內曾四度冒充警察向販毒者勒索毒資和毒品；他們的尿液檢測結果均顯示對毒品呈陽性反應。
本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物、勒索、職務之僭越等四罪將二人移送檢察院偵辦。
Two local men arrested for impersonating police officers and extortion
On 5th February 2019, the Judiciary Police investigated a case of usurpation of duty and drug trafficking transferred by the Public Security Police Force. It was found that a Hong Kong man, while trafficking drugs in Macao, was extorted MOP23,000 and had three grams of cocaine snatched by two men who posed as Judiciary Police officers in a hotel. The Judiciary Police therefore apprehended the Hong Kong man for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
Thereafter, the Judiciary Police continued to conduct in-depth investigation on the case, and successfully identified two local men impersonating police officers. The two individuals were respectively intercepted in Taipa and the Central district on 12th February 2019. The duo both admitted to the habit of abusing drugs, and had posed as police officers to extort drug funds and narcotics from the drug traffickers on four occasions in the past three months. Both of them were tested positive to drugs as shown in their urine test results.
The Judiciary Police transferred the two men to the Public Prosecutions Office for four offences including illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, extortion and usurpation of duty.
Detidos dois homens de Macau que fingem ser polícia para extorquir
No dia 5 de Fevereiro de 2019, a PJ desencadeou a investigação de um caso, transferido pela CPSP, de usurpação de funções e narcotráfico. Verificámos que um homem de Hong Kong, no período em que vendia droga em Macau, foi extorquido num hotel por dois homens que se fizeram passar por agentes da PJ e que lhe roubaram 23.000 patacas e três gramas de cocaína. O homem de HK acabou por ser detido por tráfico de droga.
No seguimento da investigação, conseguiu-se identificar os dois homens que fingiram ser polícia, os quais foram apanhados em 12 de Fevereiro de 2019 na Taipa e na Zona Central. Estes admitiram serem consumidores de droga e disseram que, nos últimos três meses, fingiram ser agentes em quatro ocasiões, e com este truque roubar-lhes dinheiro e droga. Temos que acrescentar que o resultado do teste da urina aos dois foi positivo.
Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes, extorsão e usurpação de funções.
