果斷執法 迅速偵破食店搶劫案
2019年2月3日凌晨，本局接獲治安警察局通知台山某食店發生搶劫案。男事主與三名朋友在食店宵夜時，被涉案男子偷去手提包，事主與朋友馬上追出攔截，糾纏間涉案男子以水果刀割傷事主朋友，再取去手提包內現金後向關閘方向逃逸。
本局人員迅速展開調查，於同日清晨在祐漢新邨某大廈梯間截獲涉案男子，其作出激烈反抗，隨後更揮刀指嚇，本局人員根據威脅程度，先後拔出警棍及配槍示警，並喝令其放下武器，惟涉案男子無視警告，更企圖以利刀襲警，本局人員出於自衛，果斷開槍擊中其大腿並將之制服，行動中本局兩名人員也受輕傷。
經進一步調查，涉案男子於2019年1月11日被遞解出境，隨後再偷渡進入本澳，本局已掌握足夠證據證明其觸犯搶劫、禁用武器、加重傷害身體完整性、抗拒及脅迫，以及非法入境犯罪的加重情節，並深入調查其犯案動機。
Decisive law enforcement leads to the rapid crackdown of an eatery robbery case, arresting one man
The Judiciary Police was informed by the Public Security Police Force that a robbery took place at an eatery in Toi San during the wee hours of 3rd February 2019. While having a late supper with three friends at the eatery, the male victim had his handbag stolen by the involved man. The victim, alongside with his friends, instantly pursued and intercepted the involved man. When they got entangled in the process, the involved man slashed the victim’s friend with a fruit knife, grabbing the cash from the handbag before fleeing towards Portas do Cerco.
The Judiciary Police promptly launched investigation, intercepting the involved man in the staircase of a building in Bairro Iao Hon during the early morning of the same day. Seeing the involved man resisting ferociously and brandishing his knife menacingly, the Judiciary Police officers, having assessed the level of threat, successively pulled out their baton and pistol to warn him and ordered him to lay down his weapon. Not only did the involved man ignore the warning, but he also attempted to assault the Judiciary Police officers with his sharp knife. Out of self-defence, a Judiciary Police officer resolutely fired at the involved man’s thigh and subdued him. Two Judiciary Police officers suffered mild injuries in the operation.
Further investigation revealed that the involved man had been deported on 11th January 2019 and illegally entered Macao at a later date. Having had adequate evidence in hand that indicated his involvement in robbery, prohibited weapon, aggravated impairment to bodily integrity, resistance, coercion and aggravated illegal immigration, the Judiciary Police looked in-depth into his motives of perpetration.
Resolução rápida de um caso de roubo num estabelecimento de comida e detido um indivíduo
Na madrugada de 3 de Fevereiro de 2019, a PJ recebeu uma comunicação do CPSP sobre um caso de roubo num estabelecimento de comida em Tôi San. Quando uma vítima e 3 amigos seus estavam a comer no estabelecimento de comida, um indivíduo roubou uma mala de mão. A vítima e os seus amigos perseguiram de imediato o suspeito. Durante o conflito, o suspeitou feriu um dos amigos da vítima com um canivete, roubou o dinheiro que estava na mala e fugiu em direcção às Portas do Cerco.
Os nossos agentes iniciaram as diligências sobre o caso, nas quais descobriram, na mesma madrugada, o suspeito nas escadas de um edifício no Bairro Iao Hon. O indivíduo resistiu veementemente e ameaçou com uma faca. Perante este nível de ameaça, um dos agentes da PJ mstrou o bastão e a pistola para o avisar e ordenou que baixasse a arma, mas em vão. O suspeito até tentou agredir o nosso agente que, para se defender, disparou um tiro que atingiu a coxa do agressor, conseguindo assim controlá-lo. Durante a detenção, dois agentes também ficaram ligeiramente feridos.
Na investigação, apurou-se ainda que o detido tinha sido expulso do território no dia 11 de Janeiro, mas voltou ilegalmente a Macau. A PJ já tinha provas suficientes de que o detido tinha cometido os crimes de roubo, uso de armas proibidas, ofensas qualificadas à integridade física, resistência, coacção, e circunstâncias agravantes da reentrada ilegal. A PJ continua a investigar o motivo que o levou a praticar os crimes.
