粵澳警方合作拘捕詐騙男子
2018年6月初，本局接獲商業及動產登記局舉報，有人透過偽造的轉讓車輛登記申請書售賣車輛。本局展開深入調查，發現一名本澳涉案男子於2018年6月期間，多次借用友人車輛並偷去汽車內的登記文件，隨後向他人訛稱自己是車主，同時偽造轉讓車輛登記申請書將車輛出售，案發至今，涉案男子使用相同手法成功將九輛汽車出售予兩名事主，合共詐騙約120多萬港元。
涉案男子案發後逃往內地，在內地警方協助下，2019年2月3日，涉案男子在內地因涉詐騙罪被捕，內地警方對其完成調查工作後移交本局處理，涉案男子承認犯罪，有關贓款已花光。本局以偽造具特別價值文件罪和相當巨額詐騙罪將涉案男子移送檢察院處理。
Con artist arrested in cooperation between Guangdong and Macao police
The Judiciary Police received a report from the Commercial Registry Office (CRCBM) in early June 2018, claiming that someone had been selling vehicles through forged “Transfer of Ownership Registration of Vehicle” application forms. The Judiciary Police launched an in-depth investigation, and found out that an involved Macao man had borrowed his friends’ vehicles several times, stealing the registration documents placed inside the vehicles during June 2018. Subsequently, he falsely claimed to be the owner of the vehicles, falsifying the “Transfer of Ownership Registration of Vehicle” applications simultaneously so as to sell these vehicles. Since the date of the incident, the involved man had used the same modus operandi to successfully sell 9 vehicles to two victims, defrauding of around HKD1.2 million in total.
The involved man fled to the mainland after the incident. On 3rd February 2019, aided by the mainland police, the involved man was arrested in mainland for involvement in fraud. He was transferred to the Judiciary Police after the mainland police had completed their investigation. The involved man confessed to his crime, and the crime proceeds were all spent. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of falsification of documents of special value and fraud (considerably huge amount).
Da cooperação policial Guandong-Macau resultou a detenção do autor de um caso de burla
No início do mês de Junho de 2018 recebemos uma denúncia da Conservatória dos Registos Comercial e de Bens Móveis, na qual se dizia que uma pessoa estava a falsificar pedidos de registo de compra e venda de automóvel. Iniciámos a investigação durante a qual descobrimos que um residente local, durante o mês de Junho de 2018, tinha pedido várias vezes as viaturas dos seus amigos e tinha-lhes furtado os documentos do registo automóvel, que se encontravam na viatura. Depois, fez-se passar por proprietário das viaturas, falsificando o registo da transmissão da propriedade para vendê-las. Com esse esquema conseguiu vender nove viaturas a duas pessoas, num valor de mais de 1,2 milhões de HKD.
O homem fugiu depois para o continente, e em 3 de Fevereiro, com a ajuda das autoridades da China, foi detido do outro lado da fronteira pelo crime de burla. Concluída a investigação das autoridades do continente, o detido foi entregue à PJ. O homem admitiu ter cometido o crime e disse que gastou todo o dinheiro obtido na burla. O detido foi presente ao MP acusado de falsificação de documentos de valor especial e de burla (de valor consideravelmente elevado).
